Somewhat upscale, limited menu, above average prices

Jolie's Louisiana Bistro looks very nice on the outside, and is quite nice inside. It is somewhat upscale--white tablecloths, cloth napkins, waiters dressed in black, etc. There is a large and beautiful spiral staircase leading to a private dining area. Had a wonderful Brunch at Jolie's! Such a pleasant restaurant. The art is beautiful!! I order the same dish every time because it is SO delicious! Eggs Blackstone...biscuit halved and topped with bacon, tomatoes, fried eggs, and hollandaise! So delicious...and the Bloody Maria with Patron is too wonderful!

Business dinner and it was fabulous - over the top service and just a great dining experience. Loved the ambiance of Joies.

I met a couple of friends at Jolies for the evening. Once inside we were greeted with smiles and an attentive staff. I ordered a couple of Oyster appetizers, a healthy serving of gumbo and potato salad. My entree selection was a really nice Filet Mignon that was cooked to perfection topped with lump crab. The beer, wine and fine... More

We wanted a special place to dine for the holidays and we found a new favorite. The chef came out to explain the gluten options, which were many. The server was professional and cordial, and the barrister prepared an old fashion with Lavelle brothers sour mash that led our holiday toast. Then a perfect entree selection. Take your choice ,... My boyfriend and I went to Jolie's to try the typical food from Louisiana for the first time. Seriously, this was, for both of us, one of the best meals we've ever had. I had the Zapp's Crawtator Crusted Drum and he had the Grit and Grillades. Our waitress Nancy was awesome, at the end she even gave us a... More

I had two friends come visit for the weekend. I had heard the Bloody Mary's were FAB at Jolie's. We loved our meal! Everyone was happy! Our waiter was so friendly and well informed. The paintings are so beautiful! All in all, a wonderful place to relax, dine, and the Bloody Marys were excellent!

Stooped here on way west. the prices are those of a first class establishment. The product is worth much less. We were there for brunch on a Sunday and it seemed like many there were locals and having a great time. However, there was too much salt in most of the food and it did not reflect the promise of... Three winning concepts for a great restaurant. Linen table cloths and wait staff dressed appropriately and behaving respectfully is always a big plus for me. Freshly cooked, well prepared food is what I am looking for and what Jolie's delivered. Now creativity is an extra added bonus. A chicken wrap with some jalapenos and some sweet mayo balanced correctly is... More

Have eaten at many restaurants in Lafayette Louisiana. I would rate this restaurant number 1. The service and food is absolutely superb. It's sister restaurant, The Blue Dog cafe, is equally outstanding but Jolene's has the edge in terms of quality of food and service. Cajun and Creole foods are outstanding. Our waitress, Nancy, is one of the best in... More
