Typical Outback

My lamb was delicious and the bartender was nice. I didn't get any of the usual bread and butter before my meal.

The staff is quick and helpful from offering a sample of wine to bringing lots of bread to offering grilled asparagus as a side. The pork chops or pork steak are delicious with sides of sweet potato and the before mentioned asparagus. We love Beth in the bar area to wait on us. She always gets it right. Right now... More

We come here for the lamb, period. Why cook lamb when they make it so delicious and you do not have to cook. The value of the lamb is such that we can not buy, cook and have spent less $ doing it at home. And, for about $9.99 you can add on a lobster tail or 2. We always... More

This is a typical Outback. We are from Texas and love to go to Outback for the Chicken Fried Chicken...they don't have Chicken Fried Chicken at this location or maybe it's not served in Louisiana:( Everyone else was very happy with their steaks but I was little disappointed and it was no fault of the restaurant. We were seated quickly... More

I usually get the ribeye or prime rib which are always delicious. The last time we went which was a day ago I had the shrimp wrapped in bacon. It was so good. For my sides I had the house salad, which I must have every time and I had the potato soup which was great. My husband had the... More

This used to be one of our favorite places to eat in Houma, but not anymore. The last couple of times we ate there were not that great. First, they were out of my first choice on the menu....prime rib. What kind of restaurant runs out of meat? My second choice was the porterhouse. When we got our food (the... More

Had reservations for five people and requested a table. Who the hell likes to eat in a booth? Guess what they tried to seat us in? A booth. Wait another 15 minutes for a table. Then wait 25 minutes for a waitress. Actual timed on a divers watch. We order drinks and appetizers. Took almost 10 minutes to get drinks,... More

Like an earlier review by JamesD20, the place has a wornout look but it still packs 'em in. Buffalo wings were greasy, chopped salad was wilted and appeared to be left out on the counter for a long time (was replaced with the same results). The Pork Sirloin entree (I believe something new on their menu) is a thick center... More
