Every visit here has been very good. Boiled shrimp and frog legs are especially good. Good location and parking is ok. Centrally located to many other locations in Houma. Service can be improved, but it's not bad at all.

I cannot say enough complimentary things about Big Al's. My wife and I love sea food - - and believe me, this is sea food heaven. The food was VERY wholesome in quantity and quality. You certainly get your money's worth eating here. The menu had a very large variety of food to choose from. We ate 3 meals there... More

Real Close to hotel. The Food is fresh and delicious. Portions were much larger than I expected. Real Nice Atmosphere. The Shrimp is terrific. Great Service and Price was reasonable.

We were with large group family. Service was great. Must try the chargrilled oysters. They were so awesome! We also had a fried seafood combo. All was delicious.

I love big Al's. I had what they do best, a pound of delicious boiled locally caught crawfish with the traditional sides of sweetcorn, sausage and potato and of course not forgetting the obligatory seafood dip. The spicy seasoning on the crawfish is divine and whilst the peeling of crawfish takes some practice if you aren't from Louisiana (I'm English)... More

The staff and food were both horrible... the waitress complained right in front of us that the hostess sat another table in her area... the food was disgusting

We heard great reviews of this restaurant and then found out try meant before management changed. The food was bland. Large portions but a waste of good and money when the food doesn't taste good. Really disappointed because we were looking forward to some great cajun home cooking.

The boiled seafood's don't taste like Cajun boiled seafood, to much pepper maybe because they use the same water for all boils and just add more pepper.

Big Al's always has the best seafood in town. When we go there we ask for Ms. Rebecca, she's the best server there! The others may be good, but Rebecca's the BEST!!! The boiled seafood is seasoned to perfection & the fried seafood is never over cooked. From the raw oysters on the half-shell to the charbroiled oysters, fried alligator... More
