I have been here a few times. I keep coming back cause the food is real Cajun food & really good. The atmosphere is the down look...authentic. The service is an A+. Very, very, good.

They serve seafood the way I remember it being cooked when I was young. Of course they have all the standard fried items but their red snapper almondine is excellent. Highly recommended. Good onion rings are hard to find. Personally I like thin crispy rings with the onion well cooked inside. They have these. The wait staff were very attentive... More

If not for the food, I would even go there for warm beer! The servers in there are simply great without being annoying. This is what I call Louisiana hospitality. Love the restaurant's look. It's the small things that make all the difference for me. The menu is diverse and I sure will be back for more. A special thanks... More

I ate here for a business lunch. We started with the fried crab claws which was good but not great. I had the lunch Jumbo Shrimp plate with a salad and a side. If you are going to put the word Jumbo on your menu, the shrimp better be jumbo. Here not so much. The boiled potato side with dip... More

Has wonderful fried and boiled seafood and the gumbo is to die for. Boiled seafood very well seasoned. Also they have a seafood steak that is very good.

Kind of pricey... but our service was excellent, and the food was phenomenal! Servers are all friendly, and there is also a souvenir cabinet with take-home goodies. I highly recommend visiting!

Stopped by here on our vacation to LA. We had so many places we wanted to go, this wasn't on the list before we left, but I am glad we did. We wereblooking to try some things we hadn't had before. Started with the frog legs, delicous! The alligator bites were good to, and of course we had the crawfish... More

good food and prices, but the atmosphere is somewhat lacking. Also, on two consecutive visits they were out of baked potatoes. Once maybe, but twice ???

We stopped in here for lunch while traveling through bayou country. The alligator that greets you at the front door lets you know you are in Cajun country. The crab and spinach dip is excellent our lunch was also great, the jokes and stories on the walls and table are all very funny.

Here you can tast turtle and gator. We've trued fried gator, but it hasn't a strong taste. Food was ok and service fine. We enjoyed the Boudreau and thibodeau jokes displayed on the tables.
