Nine Roses is the best. I have never in my life eat at just the right restaurant. I have been to many vietnamese and chinese restaurants but this one beats the other places. Nine Roses is a great restaurant. When we have large family dinners, we go to Nine Roses (Hoa Hong Chin in Vietnamese). You can also just go by yourself or a small party and enjoy. don't go to this restaurant. If you're looking for rude service, or no service at all, then this place is for you, if not, McDonald's is right next door. At least their service is better. more

Nine Roses is one of the best Vietnamese restaurants in the New Orleans area.
