This is a great little place that is chef owned with the chef in the kitchen. It is an old railroad warehouse. It still has the old loading doors. They use fresh local ingredients and use inventive techniques when putting it together. Last time we went we had a stuffed flounder that was set on top of little red potatoes... More

The service is timely, the house side salad is delicious and the shrimp and grits was the best I've ever had. Lola's is a must if you come to Covington.

My wife and I were visiting Covfington and found LOLA online...the first thing I was told: "we no longer use the menu online", so I had shrimp and scallops at this really cool restored railroad depot. The seafood is fresh and the wine list was good. The waitstaff was average and the food I had was OK, but $30 for... More

The crab and asparagus soup was as good as it gets. The Depot chicken sandwich with red cabbage and homemade pickles was so good too. It's a must lunch stop in Covington.

I love this place for lunch, the sandwiches are amazing and so fresh. The dinner atmosphere is totally different and the cost is increased proportionately. We love coming here with friends or on a dinner date. Can't say enough great things about this restaurant, just top of the list good.

Had reservations at restaurant at 6:15 on a Saturday evening. When we arrived we were seated immediately and were offered cocktails and appetizers. Tables are very close together. We ordered after 15 minutes, drank our cocktails, ate our appetizer, order more cocktails, drank those, ordered again.....cocktails, now it is 7:15p.m. still no dinner. We waited, and waited. The restaurant was... More

They have a very fresh menu. On some Saturdays they have a food truck at the Farmer's Market. Love their fish tacos & Parmesan Truffle fries.

YUMMY FOOD served in a former Train Depot. My husband's BLT had lots of bacon. I had a wonderful lightly dressed chicken salad. The Humingbird Cake was really good! We were glad we tried Lola!
