Thanks so much Debbie for such a great place for a family get together. A private room (no charge) and a beautifully lade out room with 2 high chairs and 15 other place settings. We requested that each family group would receive a separate bill making it easy to order and settle up - worked a dream. The food was... More

Turned up at 17.00 and asked for a meal, the kitchens don't open until 18.00 so we had a drink and sat in the recently refurbished pub and as soon as the menus where printed and the ovens hot we ordered our meal. I had Sea a Bream and my partner the vegetarian risotto, well cooked and tasty. I just... More

Newly renovated, the decor is nice and stylish and the furnishings comfortable. The position is lovely. The local beer is also good.

We dined at The Rockingham Arms in July and August 2014 and were not disapointed. This is the second time we have been in the past two months. In the past seven years we only went once! It has been refurbished 100%. NCompletely redecorated, re painted, new furniture, new bathrooms, new bars, new outside areas. Could not fault it al... More

We were going to stop for a curry up the road, fortunately it was shut, so we followed the brown sign to The Rockingham Arms. What a find, great country pub all the food prepared and cooked on the premises. The menu was mouthwatering, so as to sample as much as we could, my wife and I ordered a selection... More

After a trip in the New Forest we thought we would pop in the recently refurbished Rockingham Arms for a spot of dinner. The Sunday evening Light Bite menu was very varied offering everything from rump steak to sandwiches. I had the rump steak, whilst others had ham, eggs and chips, liver and onions and sandwiches. The food quality was... More
