Can not say enough good about the food. Love the boiled crawfish and shrimp. The platters are wonderful. The mixed drink are somewhat weak with a high price. That said, have your drinks at home and your dinner here.

Food was overpriced for the quality!!! I asked how the étouffée was and I was told by the waitress that it was really good. If that's good étouffée then something is wrong with my taste buds. I can cook étouffée....I think they need some lessons from a Texan. You would think a Cajun would know how to cook that for... More

We just LOVE boiled crawfish. The service was excellent. The boil a little different than we're used to, but plenty tasty. Strangely, it's less messy than the boil we're used to. I think a barn is the perfect atmosphere for eating those pounds of mud bugs. What a treat! It's a little more "spiffed up" every time we go. W... More

I'm local (well New Orleans) and we ate there because we were wanting crawfish and were in the area. The restaurant is definately family oreinted and casual and very large to accomodate lots of people. The server we had was almost to the point of rude when she showed up at the table. The crawfish was good with perfect seasoning... More

Authentic Cajun food served in a Cajun style restaurant with a Cajun atmosphere. Small gift shop, bar area and good service. Boiled food is great. If you are into camping there is a great campground right behind the restaurant called Cajun Palms. The restaurant will pick you up and bring you back to your RV in a golf cart. You... More

We happened upon the restaurant and were so glad we did. Boiled crawfish had good flavor, were beautiful and clean although varied in size, gumbo was good, boudin balls good, grilled seafood platter very good.

typical cajun cuisine. shrimp, crawfish, catfish and oysters with too many priced at "market" on the menu. Crawfish about the same price as last place I had them but last place gave me 3 pounds and here you only get 2 pounds. They must come from a higher priced neighborhood here. I ordered the shrimp po-boy. It had 8 small... More

Boiled crawfish are work but they're fun. The spices in the boil were great. The staff was very helpful with an amateur crawfish diner. The atmosphere is relaxing and fun. Plan to go back for the rest of the menu.
