Building has atmosphere, but the personality is gone…and so are the reasonable prices and tasteful food Anyone that has traveled I20 often knows of this place, changes since the previous place moved is all the business cards are gone – but I wish that is the only comment I had on this new place. Lets start with the inside, outside... More

A down to earth restaurant serving good Cajun cuisine with live entertainment at a reasonable price! Even though we did not understand the lyrics (creole) we had a wonderful time and shall return.

For our last night on our grand tour of the Deep South, we were taken to this restaurant/road house. Great choice. The atmosphere was excellent. Tourists mixed with local people for a Saturday night out. Could have been a movie set. Great cajun music, dancing. The food was good and the wine was excellent value for money. If you are... More

This was the restaurant I most wanted to visit during my trip to Breaux Bridge. The prices were a little high for what you got. The t-shirts were fairly priced, but not a lot of options. The live music and dancing was amazing, that was why I most wanted to go. The bathrooms were gross. The service was not very... More

Ok , this was our first taste of southern food , it was terrible . The gumbo was like it had been fished out of the mississippi , truely awful ! The gator was good , the crab inedible ... We just assumed this was southern food , ate tonight at magnolia grill in Natchez and the gumbo was amazing... More

This is the best gumbo I've had anywhere in the south. Also had grilled frog legs, very good. Day before, seafood platter was excellent. Highly recommended if you are in the Breaux Bridge Area.

We remember when it was Mullata's and it is much the same inside. We enjoyed the food as we have before, cajun ribeye for my husband cooked just the way he wanted it and crab au gratin for me - also quite good. The bread pudding was delightful - just traditional bread pudding without any fancy variations.

Food was appalling - gluggy rice with the grey looking gumbo that tasted like dishwater with a few bits of fish floating around - really awful. The music was okay.

This place is run down, looks dirty, AC bairly works, food is over priced and it is not good. I could have the same meal (seafood platter) @ Pappadeauxs in Houston, Ft. Worth or Dallas for less money and the food would have been much better. I will not be back.

good music and good service (susan) the food was way overpriced and poor quality. if you want to listen to good cajun music and have a drink this works. i wouldn't come here for the food as it is poor at best and not much cajun about it. don't waste your money. just come for the music. good luck, jk
