This resturant is a great place to get that great Cajun experience in savory food, Cajun music and southern hospitality. During this crawfish season, they are running a special on boiled crawfish, all you can eat, $29.95. There are many area specialties that are wonderful too, crawfish étouffée, fried shrimp, oysters, catfish and alligator. At 7:00pm, there is usually a... More

Our love affair with this restaurant is over. We live in Texas and have always stopped going & coming from Mississippi to eat here since 1971. If you are over 6 years old and want something under $13 from the menu be prepared for a hamburger or an appetizer. I ordered a bowl of seafood gumbo for $14. There were... More

We were lucky enough to have found this place last week while in town for a night. Very plain looking place on the exterior, so don't let that concern you. Like the "city" folk that we are, walking in the front door was like walking into a country movie set. In the center of the room, an awesome band was... More

Our last visit here, after 20+ years of being customers of this location. The two of us ordered a seafood platter and an appetizer to share for an afternoon lunch. Food quality was below average and too expensive, especially considering the excellent competition available in the area. The ultimate insult - refusing to drop the surprise $5 upcharge for sharing... More

If you want the Cajun experience, this is the place. We had dinner here and had a great time. The food was above average and authentic Cajun. The have a great Cajun band ad a more than adequate dance floor. There are actual Cajun dances but in this crowd the idea seems to be just having fun. Would come here again.

This was our first visit. First, the children's menu is only for children under 6. Luckily, our 8 and 11 year olds were able to split an entree. Second, the dinner salad was a joke. A very small bowl of shredded lettuce and a piece of tomato. Third, the entrees were ok. As others have said, it wasn't really anything... More

We went to here on a Wednesday night. Food was average, nothing to write home about. In this area, there are much better choices. The band was fun to listen to but no one was dancing so we felt uneasy about starting up the dance floor. May be a better time on the weekend, but if you are going for... More

The food was way over priced for the amount of food you get. The food was so salty and cold. I got the swamp trash and they barely give you étouffée to mix in with your rice. The food has really gone down. I would not recommend anyone to eat here.
