Our love affair with this restaurant is over. We live in Texas and have always stopped going & coming from Mississippi to eat here since 1971. If you are over 6 years old and want something under $13 from the menu be prepared for a hamburger or an appetizer. I ordered a bowl of seafood gumbo for $14. There were... More

We were told this was a good place to try creole food . I had the oyster po'boy and it was ok. my wife stuck with American style food. All in all an unmemorable meal.

The food was very good and the portions were bigger than most people can eat. Reasonably priced, fast & friendly service, good drinks. Well worth the money. Being from northern Missouri, the best part was watching the Cajun band and the local couples dance. We had so much fun that we even danced a little to the music. Everyone was... More

It's not called Pont Breux and while I wasn't blown away by the food, the live music and deliriously engaging crowd that filled the place really provided authentic and entertaining ambiance. It's the only place in Breux Bridge that I could find live music on a Tuesday night.

Food, fun, and friends. No one is a stranger at this restaurant although if you don't like noise you'd better skip it. The food is awesome. Of course no restaurant in Louisiana is worth the visit if you don't get the fried seafood platter. Its a heart stopper but oh so good.

We liked the simple cajun food... the 'slap ya mama' seasoning is still on my kitchen bench and used very often! The pecan pie was memorable.

We spent two evenings at this restaurant and enjoyed the food and the music. Everybody was up on the dance floor and nobody seemed to mind if you were doing the correct steps! A wonderful atmosphere. We also loved our waiter Dylan who was a real character and extremely concerned that we should enjoy our evening to the full. Great... More

We had gone to LA to enjoy the music and the food, both of which this restaurant (now called Pont Breaux) was recommended for, but neither the food nor the music were very good. The steak had little flavor and the crabmeat au gratin had way more cheese and sauce than crab. The band had a drummer and they looked... More
