My Family and I eat at Crazy Bout Crawfish Cajun Café, for lunch. The seating area was very small, which was not problem to our family, we come from a very small town, where locals eat with complete strangers, at the best restaurant in our town. My wife said it best the service and the food was like at home.... More

Don't go here unless you like to wait an hour for bland overpriced food and like rude owners. The service was bad. The gumbo was really bad.

Fun atmosphere (artsy, eclectic). Friendly staff. However, waiter failed to tell us that they were out of gator and jalapeño corn bread until we placed our order. Then when we reordered, he informed us that the menu prices had increased a few days ago but they hadn't printed updated menus yet. He was unhappy when I expected them to honour... More

This is a must stop while passing through Louisiana. The staff is very friendly and attentive. And their food is a cajun dream. Everything on the menu has a home cooked approach that you will not be disappointed.

Loved the food! We arrived on Valentines Night and though service as slow, food was great! So e was way too spicy for me, but what I got what just perfect!

This was our second choice because our first choice is closed on Monday. We didn't regret missing the other place because this was very good and different. The decor is weird eclectic to say the least. From the ceiling tile advertising to the LSU and Saints stuff with some really arty? stuff in between, there's plenty to look at, talk... More

We stumbled upon this place while looking for somewhere to eat other than Fastfood. Had the opportunity to meet Red Hot Mojo and his fried Iman who is a famous clown and mime. They, along with the owner, Swamp Pawn or Deanna, greeted us at the door. The food, atmosphere and hospitality was awesome. We had the Seafood Festival platter.... More

Stopped inhere to eat on Thursday Dec 5 about 7:00pm. It was not crowded, food was good, but service was terrible. Owner sat in corner entire time talking and texting on phone. I understand the art work, but restrooms need maintenance. I did like the ceiling tiles with local advertising on each panel. that is great idea.

My lips are still burning from the wonderful Boiled Crawfish. It was my first experience eating them and, as a novice, it took so long, that I only got through about 1/4 of the 3 pounds and had to take the rest with me. It's a funky place and I love the atmosphere!
