Being from out of state this place came highly recommended by some of the locals. First night food was great. Reasonably priced crawfish, potatoes and corn, all seasoned well. Gumbo has a rich broth plenty of chicken and sausage but a little lacking on the rice. Hubby had a pressed sandwich that was very tasty... Service was awful. From the... More

Looking for good South Louisiana food? These people do it right. Their seafood is excellent and plentiful, their appetizers are delicious, and their buffet, while pricey, is outstanding with boiled & fried seafoods with multiple side dishes. Enjoy! Note: if you prefer milder spice, just ask them to tone things down a little when you order; they can get a... More

Wife and I ate here in late December. Had good reviews on Tripadvisor so we gave it a shot. We were looking for any restaurant that served oysters because that's what we wanted. Saw online they had raw and chargrilled. Perfect. They do have a buffet and it didn't look too bad. But we ordered from the menu. Dozen raw... More

Second stop here in November, 2013. The onion straws are better than good. Skip the buffet, it is for quick stop lunches for working folks. Order from the menu and enjoy the best onion straws you've had in a long time. Seasoned-just good!!!!!

Oh skip the buffet and order from the menu - their ONION STRAWS are worth the trip. My locals group had advised not to go here said the buffet was lacking - what they didn't tell me was that you could order terrific shrimp baskets with homemade onion straws/rings and it was both well priced and very tasty. The server... More

I eat here because customers want to eat there. There is never enough food on the buffet. I don't care if your there at 11:00 AM or at 2:00 PM, never do they have all the pans filled. They food is ok, just never have everything filled. It is not cheap either $11.50 for the buffet and $2.29 for a... More

I ate here twice while staying nearby - on a Saturday night in March 2013 ad again on a Saturday night in April 2013. The first time I went was around 5:00 pm. I was dining alone and the hostesses offered me a seat at the bar which I accepted. The bar was empty. The bartender was very nice and... More

Several of our friends and I ate here. The service was excellent and so was the food. The prices were comparable to other resturants in the area.
