My wife and I have been dining at Ralph an Kacoo's for years. It is consistently good. A bit pricey but we've never had a bad meal. I prefer their Atchafalaya which is grilled catfish topped with étouffée. The fried foods are good not great. The wait staff is awesome. Very attentive and efficient... read more

I have to say it's been a while since my last visit to Ralph & Kacoo's. About 3 years. I was really looking forward to it! I could almost taste the delicious rolls! Definitely disappointed in a few things. The rolls are no longer soft and fluffy, homemade rolls. Now they're plain-Jane frozen rolls with Parmesan on top. Yippee. The... More

Blackened Mahi-Mahi with shrimp and hollandaise sauce was awesome. The draft beer selection was excellent too.

The atmosphere was warm and inviting for our business dinner, without the worry of having conversation that was too loud. It was not a quiet and intimate atmosphere. The dinner was a luxurious experience that began with Koplin (our waiter) and his detailed explanation of the menu. He was witty and engaging and knew his stuff! Our dinner was leisurely... More

Was craving salad and they had 30 plus feet of salad bar items. Plus hot food items too abundant to believe. Baked chicken, rotisserie chicken, chicken chunks for the salad, potatoes seven ways, you get the idea. I had little bits of this that and the other things. You pay at the front door, we got the senior rate that... More

I'm like a junky without an addiction when it comes to R&K. I always eat one thing when going for lunch at most any R&K across gulf coast texas and louisiana and want my southwest chopped steak with green beans and brazed potatoes like I get in most all of these eating establishmentts, but R&K Bossier City LA. We don't... More

We went to the restaurant for wedding rehearsal dinner, the food was typical for southern places, my chicken was good and prepared properly however my wife's seafood platter was not top of the line, the breading was heavy and seemed overly fried. To be fair we do not eat much fried food so we may be more critical than some... More

It's a chain - ordinary fried seafood and decent gumbo; generous serving sizes; slow service - several requests needed for iced tea, water, and bread refills. Very distracting ceiling light kept flickering off and on...but the manager did photo-bomb our group photo (fun) which was graciously taken by our server.
