The food was great. Dessert was awesome. The staff was very knowledgeable. A little pricey but worth it. We will go back next time we are in town.

Excellent Louisiana/Cajun. Fair priced. Good service. This was business dinner, but would work great with kids too. Gator appetizer (esp. blackened) is quite tasty for those likely spice; otherwise go for non-blackened. All plates of seafood wonderful (I had shrimp trawl). Desserts aren't readily resisted either...so give-in(!) Was only sorry to make it only Once this trip, my second to... More

We went on a Saturday night so there was quite a wait, however, the wait was worth it! Food was fresh and delicious. We enjoyed chargrilled oysters, crab cakes, shrimp, and broiled fish. Yum! Yum!

Warning, the spicy shrimp appetizer is really hot. I had stuffed fish whch was qujte good. He had the sea bass special, which was ok, but rather pricy.

the outside of the building is a little scary but inside was clean. We had appetizers, gator bites and biscuits with crawfish sauce, both very good. My entrée was shrimp and grits. The shrimp were good but the grits had NO taste. My date had ordered pasta and asked to substitute crawfish for the shrimp. The plate arrived with shrimp... More

Have been going here for years, but our last two visits were abominable. The quality of the food and the portions were unacceptable.

Great Cajun food!! It was packed and while the gift shop was nice, it would have been better if we could have sat and had a drink while we waited. I think our server had too many tables to take care of.

Met brother and sister in law there Friday after Christmas around 8:30 pm. Seated right away, excellent bread while waiting. Perfect oysters and shrimp, fed within 20 minutes of ordering. Everything just as good as we remembered from years ago. Glad we picked this restaurant.

We wanted to get a Cajun seafood fix on the way to New Orleans for some serious Big Easy cuisine and were recommended by a local in Bossier City to try Ralph & Kacoo's. It turned out to be a good choice. We started with a couple of 20 oz Naughty Quakers. We're generally Guinness drinkers, so we prefer the... More

Excellent food. I had one of the giant platter combos with a sampling of everything and it was all great. Way more than I could eat and the price was reasonable.
