Early birthday trip

Average meal at this Outback. My steak was cold in the middle. Mashed potatoes lukewarm but we waited so long for our food I was hungry and ate them. Wife's shrimp was good. Our waitress was kind of weird, like she would just stand there and look at us. I'm hoping she was just new and didn't... read more

I don't frequent chain restaurants, largely because they tend to be bland and boring. Went to Outback with friends mainly because of a special they were having and the irony of taking an Australian friend to Outback. Bad choice. Wait staff was inexperienced and untrained. Tried to tell us that our specials did not come with a side -- we... More

I've always wondered why Outback wasn't open for lunch. This franchise opened for lunch and I couldn't be happier. This particular Outback is being run very well as is evident buy the quality food and attentive wait staff. Overall great experience for us.

We have been going to Outback Steakhouses in various cities since they first opened in the late 1980s. A few years back, it seemed like the quality of the Outback Special steak had decreased. Depending on the location, the service was sometimes spotty and steaks were often not cooked as ordered. Also in the last several years they served their... More

I was here in town on business and treated a co-worker to dinner. We were seated quickly and served right away. Our server was very attentive and friendly. I ordered the newer Firecracker Salmon and it was great. The Salmon was tender and I love the little bits of Mango and peppers which add extra flavor. The vegetables were tender... More

Outback is a chain so outside of bad service or an erroneously badly cooked meal......it's Outback. We had properly cooked food, quick reception, attentive wait and management staff. We will go back.

I realize it is sometimes hard to take care of patrons who have food allergies, but they had to bring out one salad 3 times, and all the others twice (including the one with no special changes...just a basic salad with ranch)! They screwed up my mom's steak (it really isn't that hard to not put seasoning on a steak...they... More

My rating of "Very Good" is due primarily from the concern of the management and wait staff about our satisfaction. The worst part of the meal was the blooming onion, which was very greasy. And my husband ordered Mahi Mahi which was very dry. However before we could even voice a complaint, a manager by the name of Pablo stopped... More

This is a great place to eat if you dine in. Carry out sucks. I tried them both. Ordered a carry out one night for 3 people and everything was mushy and gross. But, the manager made up for it a week later. We dine in and everything was excellent. the blooming onion was sooo good, the ribs, the hotwings,... More
