This was our first trip to 2Johns and it was to celebrate an anniversary. We don't "fine dine" often, maybe once a year for an occasion such as this and 2Johns didn't disappoint. The ambience was nice from the lighting to the music. The service was excellent; attentive and timely without hovering or being overbearing. The staff was very knowledgeable... More

Stopped by on my way to Florida, spent the night in the town and found 2 Johns on trip advisor. We ate at the bar, live music nightly, great atmosphere, signature cocktails and great food. Just an all around great dining experience!

We met friends at 2Johns last night for dinner. We had 6:30 reservations and were seated not long after we arrived. Our waitress was friendly, upbeat, & personable. We had the calamari and it was great! Our disappointment came with the steaks. We don't mind paying $40 for a wonderful cut of meat, but our ribeyes were tough and virtually... More

Celebrated our wedding anniversary on a Wednesday night at this nice restaurant. Cannot say anything negative about the food - it was absolutely delicious. We split an appetizer of shrimp and grits. Only served with 3 shrimp, but they were very nice size for appetizer. For the main course, I got the nightly special called Filet Oscar - 7oz filet... More

Recent trip - 4 people. Both ladies got steak, both men fish. TLDR - salad, fish and desserts really good, steaks and coffee not so good. Salads were great - all four of us really liked. Ladies got filet - medium rare and medium. Surprisingly, neither of these were very good, I mean really not very good, as in on... More

Have eaten there several times. John-1 is on constant friendly watch, circulating, meeting and greeting. John-2 is the son chef. Nicely appointed. Friendly staff. Comfortable and welcoming. After being seated, it was 20 minutes before our drink orders were taken. The Old Fashion was excellent. Then it was another 20 minutes till we got to order our food. Fried calamari... More

Went here on my Birthday and it was a wonderful gift to myself. The steaks are absolutely wonderful, tender and moist. The wine selection is superb. The service and ambience are beyond compare. The only drawback is the location, it's in a rather small strip center next to the railroad tracks.

I usually eat here at least once a week and have found every item I have tried on the menu excellent. The pork chop is perfecto! Thursday is Prime Rib night, don't miss it. The music adds to the ambience of this great establishment and with the father out front and the son in the kitchen you can be guaranteed... More

We have eaten at this wonderful place about a dozen times so far. Each and every time has been just excellent. Excellent Martinis. Excellent appetizers ( especially the crab meat au gratin ). Excellent music in the bar area, but you can hear it throughout the place. Service and attitude is just great. Our favorite place to eat within 200... More

The food at 2Johns is awesome! The steaks melt in your mouth. Homemade thousand island dressing made me a believer. The shrimp bisque soup I could drink with a straw! OMG. The owner, John, was so friendly and inquired about our food. The atmosphere is surprisingly sophiscated for the location in a strip mall. Smaller banquet room allows private banquets.... More
