Stopped in here because it was within walking distance from the USS Kidd. Food is ok, my husband and I split a Po Boy with fries and a Caesar Salad. We had them hold the mayo on the sandwich, they should come up with a dressing instead. The salad was great until we got to the bottom where we found... More

On March 8, 2014, we had dinner at Shucks on the Levee in spite of reading some pretty negative reviews both here and on other sites. We were seated promptly even though the restaurant was full (they opened up a room in the back to accommodate the overflow) and the service by Teirainey was great. Once seated, our order was... More

I would prefer to eat at the snack bar in the casino than in here. The service is not very good and neither is the food.

We ate here Schucks on the Levee after the registration girl told us it was better than the Bar 102 in the motel. Glad we did. The service was fast food hot and on our table within 10 minutes of placing order. I had the Chicken Bayou and it was delicious, hubby had the Turkey Po Boy plenty for the... More

I have dined here in the past (2010), but since then they have "updated" the restaurant and changed the name. That being said, decor changed and the food quality and taste has declined. I know casinos first priority is NOT food, but come on, sub par food in Louisiana is a sin. My companion and I ordered the shrimp po-boy.... More

We decided to stop here on our long walk back from the casino. Our first stop, no one bothered to greet us or hand us a menu... so we decided to take our bags back to the hotel room then come back. We were promptly greeted and seated at a table by the hostess when we came back. We sat... More

We had the Shrimp Boil, Gumbo, Turkey Club - Excellent meal and our server was great! I would eat there again.

Is there such a rating as 3.5? The food here is quite good, considering it's a stopover joint between a bad hotel and a gambling boat. The view is great if you manage to get one of the four booths along the windows facing the Muddy Mississippi. (We got the same table three times -- the third at our request.)... More

We ate at the Belle's Casino restaurant. ( Usually the food is good at casinos so you will stay on continue to gamble) We had the lunch buffet. It was pretty expensive for lunch. We were so disappointed at the "buffet." It was TERRIBLE. I will never return!

We ate here twice. The first time, lunch, the food was average but the service was good. The next day we ate breakfast here. The waitress took our order and then disappeared. One of our party saw our food sitting in the window. It sat there for a while when we asked a lady walking around, found out later it... More
