Great Happy Hour

Have had a few good meals here but just discovered their happy hour specials. Can't beat $2 wine and $3 small bites. Menu limited but can't beat the price. This is casual but upscale setting. It used to be an older home and has nice touches and wooden floors. Very mixed clientele, from casual to elegant. Service was awesome. Prices very reasonable both for food and drinks. I had a roast beef sandwich, was delicious. Could have used a bit more horseradish sauce, I'm sure they would provide it... More

We stopped in by the looks from the street and feel like we found a diamond in the rough! Of course, now we realize it's a highly rated restaurant. Lunch specials were reasonably priced and scruptious: humus appetizer, shrimp & grits and pot roast ... all with a pleasant Cajun flare! We'll be back!

Had lunch here for office. Chicken salad not worth it. Food selection was varied but expensive for what you got. Good atmosphere but parking is limited. Homemade chips and blue cheese was a hit. Wouldn't go out of my way to eat here

Wonderful food, service and atmosphere. We were a party of 8 and everyone loved their meal. Our waiter was awesome, we will go back soon.

You probably will need to make a reservation, especially on a Friday or Saturday evening. Wait staff is efficient and the food is good quality. Everything is made in-house including the chips.

Though it is nothing very special it is a bit of a throw-back to bistro-style eating in Br. It's menu selections are well prepared and pleasantly presented. The food ranges from Cassoulet to Back of the Stove Pot Roast. The acoustics are pretty bad but the atmosphere quaint! Salute!

Love the casual atmosphere and good food at this restaurant. The pot roast is a must try. I would substitute the green beans for another great side. The carrot soufflé is the best I've ever had.

The newest location on Perkins Rd is tucked behind a brand new building and a little hard to find. It's worth the search. Easy parking and quiet environment. The menu is the same as Govt st location. We had dinner Wednesday evening. Location convenient to all of SE Baton Rouge. Everyone in our group of four said their dinner was... More

Had a Sunday Brunch at Bistro Byronz. It is new to Baton Rouge and the restaurant is nice but a bit noisy. The food was varied with eggs fixed many ways and lunch fair such as pot roast. The food was good and our waitress attentive and knowledgeable about the food and menu. However, let me caution you about ordering... More
