This is a Perkins Road Overpass landmark near a few other culinary options that never disappoint.Sandwiches are made to order & never heard any complaints over the years.

This is a local icon. Georges is a comfortable, homey, delicious, unpretentious, no frills, lots of character, good food and drinks kind of place. Cajun and american, comfort foods served here. Try the potato soup and gumbo. You can't go wrong here.

George's is a very well know hole-n-the-wall by the locals of Baton Rouge. It is packed at lunch time by business, college and and any one hungry for really good food. They have the best burger and their seafood is some of the best.

No hostess to tell u anything. Go to bar to place order and you fill our your own ticket? For a 1st timer and visitor this is strange. No help with the menu or even a suggestion. Food was good but they need help in service area

Daily lunch specials some of the best thin fried catfish in town. Takes two people to eat the Humber po boy. And if you a cheese fan get a order of cheese fries. That feeds two as well. Lots of locals eat here.

Onion rings are unbelieveable and the portion you get is more than enough. Two people can share food at Georges. Best hamburgers and seafood platter. Always fresh. The entertainment on our night was awesome.

George's under the bridge is a great place to eat lunch. We go there often. It's a bar/resturant. Looks and feels more like an old bar. You write your own order and hand it to the cashier. Men really like this place. Food & service are great.
