Ate here recently for birthday party and have nothing but good to say. The service has improved greatly under new manager and the new chocolate chip/ice cream sundae is fantastic! Glad to see it back to being a great place to go.

We ate here while in town for the night. I had the fried soft shell crab and it was awesome. The place was paced and for good reason. The service is great and food selection even better.

Again, Louisiana Lagniappe provides a great eating experience. In addition to their normal menu they are currently offering the special: Grillades and Grits (pieces of tender steak in rich brown gravy, served over spicy grits cakes). The restaurant has changed the birthday policy to eliminate crowding at the end of the month. The result is that you can often get... More

Love this place. Go early. Long waits. Ask for less salt on food. Only problem I have with them. Nice place for a group but a bit noisy

Allways a great place to go. Everything is so fresh. Fish never frozen. First come, first served. Will return often.

Louisiana Lagniappe is consistently highly rated in local publications. I tend to forget about it because they are not open for lunch, and you have to go early for dinner so as to avoid a wait. I went recently for a birthday dinner, and the food was so outstanding that I couldn't really remember why I had not made the... More

We thought the food was great but just a little on the pricey side. I do recommend this restaurant and would go again.

This place has a couple critical reviews on here that almost made me decide against it... Well am I glad we didn't listen to those, and went here anyway. This place had amazing service, both friendly and attentive. Food options were very good, and the waitress had an excellent knowledge of what they serve. Food wasn't necessarily the best I've... Stopped with a large group. Service was passable. I asked for a large amount of shrimp and the server could not make a recommendation. Food was flavorful, but high priced for what I received.
