We ate at the Hatteras St. location. (I-12 and O'Neal) I've noticed less and less patrons everytime we go. It used to be a weekly staple at our house. The food used to come out really hot and fast. Not anymore. My husband had fajitas and the plate didn't even sizzle. The onions and peppers never carmelized, just kinda stayed... More

Had lunch here. Don't look for a stellar deal on fajitas during lunch. $12 is a little above average. Even though, they were good. It is nice to see veggie fajitas with carrots, peppers, onions, broccoli, squash, and zucchini. Their salsa was good too, slightly hot.

I do not feel like you receive great portions for the price, service was average, but they were quick to bring the check.

We love Mexican and have pretty picky taste. The salsa was good and they had "Sol" beer which is one of our favorites.

Had a quick dinner while on the road from Houston to New Orleans. The food was surprisingly good for a place selected for dinner only because we could not spot any other restaurant nearby. The seating was casual with many families with children. Service was warm although quite slow. Not recommended for a quick bite. Food was quite good and... More

The food was good, but the enchilada sauce tased like hot dog chili out of the can. Wait staff was prompt and attentive. Everybody seemed happy to be working there. The restaurant was clean.

There are several Las Palmas Restaurants in the Baton Rouge area and we always dine at one when we are in town. This particular restaurant is close to the hotel that we like to stay in so we eat here a lot.

Fabulous food. The only complaint I had was there was SO MUCH food on my plate, there is no way I could finish it:) Friendly staff as well.

Excellent Mexican food and service. My wife and I both had the Grilled chicken at lunch that came with a cheese topping (just the right amount) and pico de gallo, rice & beans. Chicken breast was a large size and cooked perfectly. My wife had eaten the same dish with a friend previously and was really impressed. The restaurant was... More

The wife and I visited Las Palmas again last week. Although we have to drive a bit further, we have found this restaurant to have consistently good Mexican food at very reasonable prices. The wife had the chicken enchiladas with a margarita on the rocks with salt.. I had the 3 tamale plate with a Miller Lite. Food was great... More
