Loved the Raws large plump ,salty perfectly flavored. Bar B Q shrimp were excellent as was the crawfish etoufette. We ate at the bar and watched as order after order of Char broiled Oysters pass by. We caved and order the char boils and man they were the best I ever tasted .

I recommend this place. We had to wait about a half hour on a Saturday night but it was worth it. I started with a dozen oysters which were very fresh. The stuffed quail was excellent along with the side dishes. The service was good too.

My wife and I had the pleasure of dining at Mike Andersons the night before the Ole Miss LSU game in October. The restaurant was packed with an hour and a half wait. However, the wait was well worth it! Mike Andersons has a very nice bar area where we hung out and dined on fresh raw oysters and gumbo... More

Mike Anderson's Seafood is a staple for Baton Rouge restaurant goers. Fresh seafood, lots of variety and a nice atmosphere make it great place to visit. Service is good and the prices are reasonable. Definitely one of the best seafood places in Baton Rouge. Give it a try!

We visited this restaurant while on a business trip/vacation. It was recommended by some locals, and we were not disappointed. Our server, Arthur, was efficient and helpful in making recommendations. Our food arrived quickly and was delicious.

We stopped over in Baton Rouge on our way across the country and wanted some seafood. We were there early on a Monday night, so the restaurant was near empty - which was a little scary. But the food and service were great, so I guess it was just a quiet night in Baton Rouge! We had our first ever... More

Food and service were great! Seafood tasted fresh. I had grilled Oysters and a Bloody Mary. Both were excellent! Good Ole Louisiana! Nothing Like It!

Mike Anderson's Seafood has been around for a long time and we have eaten there many times. Their thin cut catfish is one of my favorites and their coleslaw is my favorite anywhere. Add a stuffed baked potato and you've got a great meal with generous portions...usually have leftovers. They prepare many kinds of grilled and baked seafood with yummy... More

I went here based on a recommendation from the politicians spending habits in Louisiana. The food was amazing. I had the Crab 7 Ways, and it was really good. The appetizer was tails and i love them. The only complaint is about the water/tea, they had so much ice that the liquid was so small and needed refilling too frequently,... More

I was in town for business and asked my co-workers for a suggestion of local Louisiana cooking, they all recommended Mike Andersons. I was concerned when we arrived and the parking lot was empty but told that we were eating early.I got the The Sid Gautreaux and it was exactly what I wanted. I would highly recommend. By the time...
