We went there late that night just to get some seafood since everyone was telling us how good is was. The food was amazing and the red beans and rice enough said so delicious. We visted the night club next door and had a blast. the live band was awesome.

This place is Cajun food/ pub feel perfection! The appetizers are absolutely killer across the board as well as some of the best oysters to be had in the city! However one dish that triply makes this a must stop anytime of day or night when we are anywhere near the city is the shrimp and grits!!!! OMG this dish... More

Went there for lunch and ate "light" but it was very good. Had the Boudin Balls and Seafood spring rolls (appetizers) for a light entree. Service was great, even though it was during busy lunchtime but we did not have to wait long for food.

Limited parking, but great food and service. Tons of beer options both on tap and in bottles! Large portions will definitely call for take-out boxes.

I had dinner here last month with a local colleague, who wanted to show me a classic spot. He actually worked at The Chimes 20+ years ago! We enjoyed some fresh beers and grub - étouffée was delicious and my friend's beef po'boy was a huge mess of tastiness. Our server was super-friendly and professional too.

Seriously, this place is the most consistent in quality, accuracy, and taste of all restaurants in Baton Rouge. My favorite place to go eat when I'm near LSU and a place I always take my out of town friends and family. The oysters on the half shell are my favorite (half price 4-7pm and all day Tuesday) and they have... More

Good food, great service and dozens of different kinds of beer. This is a fun place to meet with good friends. You can dine inside or on the covered patio. This is one of Baton Rouge's mainstays. Locations near LSU and on Coursey. I have never ordered anything here that I didn't like.

When you get to the door on a weekend morning, you may second guess your choice. There will be a wait. 20-30 minutes. Put your name down go get a bloody mary and take in the sights. IT'S WORTH YOUR WAIT. Everything on the brunch menu is delish. My fave however is the Egg Poached Crab Cakes. YUMMY....and of course... More

Nice dining at a reasonable price. The food is consistently delicious. Servers are well trained and polite. I eat out a lot and recommend this place to visitors and friends.

My husband & I called a pick-up order for three items: 1) buffalo wings: It was not cooked adequately. Buffalo sauce was too diluted & vinegary. I will not order it again. 2) salmon burger with sweet potato fries: Burger was delicious & will order again. Will not order sweet fries again. 3) croissant turkey sandwich with fries: It was...
