Everything was good. You can't go wrong. Best local grub with great choices of regional flair. Even had a chocolate beer.

We had heard many good things about their brunch and went. My wife enjoyed her choice (I forgot what she had). My grandson had a grilled cheese and enjoyed it. My crab cakes were just right and the cheese grits were perfect. Hearty portions and great groceries. We'll be back! It's a busy place and can get noisy. Go early... More

Large selection of beer, and good food. I had a burger and my daughter the red beans and rice. We were both happy and had food left over. Fried pickles were delicious!

While it gets extremely crowded here during the day (and night before and after) home football games, the Chimes is truly a LSU-Baton Rouge experience. A taproom before taprooms were cool, they've been offering 'around the world' selection of beers for a very, very long time. The food is good, but the ambience is really what you come here for.... Recommended by the hotel and was not disappointed. Only in town for one night so could only sample a few. Happy hour is a solid choice. Oyster special is premier choice. Tried boudin balls for the first time. They were very tasty. Very LOUD sports bar.

Quick, courteous service. Great beer list. Good value. Convenient location. Only a short wait for a table during a busy lunch period.

A quick business lunch. Good food, attentive service, reasonable prices. Great french fries too. A nice menu with plenty of choices, full bar, and great service. Seemed as if all the staff visited to insure we were happy, and it was a mid priced lunch. I will good back and recommend it.

Tasty food for a reasonable amount of money. Cheeses-ticks are delicious. Everything on the menu is tasty and well prepared. Staff and service excellent. Location is great near LSU campus. Eat often before LSU games.

We were only going to be in Baton Rouge for one night and wanted to visit LSU and see Tiger Stadium. Our research told us that Chimes was right outside the main gate to LSU so we went off for a casual dinner at Chimes. I am so glad we did -- it was all it was promised to me.... More
