My wife & I were in Baton Rouge on business on Saturday evening. We were staying at a nearby hotel so we chose Sullivan's to dine for the evening. Atmosphere and service is first class. I ordered the Delmonico rib eye and it was spoiled and smelled nasty and tasted worst. My wife and son had the filet so they brought me out a filet. The filet was edible, but that's it. No flavor and it was so thick the middle was cold. Way over priced. I'm going to... more

The food doesn't get much better than this. Filet Mignon prepared rare, with mushrooms and onions on top and with sauteed spinich and asparagus sides. Sullivan's really should be in the top 5 of Baton Rouge restaurants. The service and atmosphere are excellent with a great jazz bar for pre-dinner drinks. Everything on the menu is prepared beautifully and you won't be disappointed. Good luck getting a reservation on special occasions as Baton Rouge natives know where to get the best. more
