Never have liked this location as much as the downtown location, but there is no comparison now. The service and the bread were both good, everything else was really weak. I do not mind paying for good food, but all three of us in my party thought this was a rip-off. We were the only people eating at 12:45. Hope... More

Friends wanted to take us out. Their treat. Heard so much about it we were excited. Honestly I don't see what the fuss is about. Food is fair at best and very expensive. Wouldn't even consider going back. Much better places in BR.

The service was great. My wife and I went on lobster night. $50 a person for all the lobster you can eat. The lobster was undercooked even the assistant manager came over tried to get the problem straight finally the last two lobsters we ate was cook properly. I would go back and try it one more time but I... More

Made reservations for 5pm on a Saturday. We asked to be seated in the bar area (to watch Soccer). Hostess allowed us to select our seats, and the bar tender was ready and waiting for us to place for our first drink order. Appetizers and Dinner were excellent (especially loved the 2-2-2 Oysters appetizer). We will definitely return. Food was... More

With several Italian options in Baton Rouge I would rate this as a top 5. Not my favorite but always nice. Their bread is awesome. The ambience is nice. Food above average but not the best.

It is over price, the minestrone was very good, we did find the bread not so special, taste of the bread is nothing compare to french baguette, too much cheese on top and way too expensive. I would of like to have pasta with fresh tomatoes instead of tomatoes sauce, salad was very good, service was excellent

Wife took me out for my BD. Been here before and loved it. Olivia was EXCELLENT server. However, our plates were dirty - mine even had hardened crustiness. Lost our appetites! Chef came and said it was clean but stained - "not my plates to throw away" - "always having complaints". I showed him the crust. Hostess Lola came, told... More

Had high expectations of this restaurant based on friend's recommendations. Service and setting were nice. The four of us all chose different items and were were all equally disappointed. The sauce on the pasta was smokey tasting. The fish so-so. The bread that everyone raves about is very good, but it should be for $9 a loaf plus more if... More
