After being out of town for a week, eating at subpar restaurants, I asked the family to join me in dining at Zea's. I realize that you can still get delicious quality food at a local chain restaurant. I'm glad we made our reservations on Open Table for Saturday night. At 6:30PM the restaurant was already crowded. We didn't have... More

Went here with some coworkers while in Baton Rouge for work. They had several rotisseried entrees to choose from, I chose the chicken. I really enjoyed it, and my coworkers also enjoyed thier dinners. The chocolate brownie dessert was delicious! The service was very good as well.

Not your traditional but i will tell you that it is a unique presentation pungent with flavors. The chicken was intense with smokiness. Our waitress was great and gave us a long leash to conduct business. The humus on the front end was plentiful and rick with flavor. Thank you!

On New Year's Eve, we had dinner here, and it was delicious. We had the rib eye (medium rare), the Asian shrimp appetizer, corn roasted grits and mashed sweet potatoes. Everything was outstanding, and our server, Mike, was too. The ambiance is just what we wanted to begin the New Year with, and had such a pleasant experience. You won't... More

Our family of six (kids ages 12-17) enjoyed a delicious lunch here during our road trip back from Florida. The menu is huge, with a variety of small plates, soups, sandwiches, grilled items and seafood options plus many specials. Lunch was packed, so reservations are recommended. We had a tough time deciding what to order, but settled on the duck... More

We went here because the restaurant we were going to was closed for lunch. The restaurant was fairly busy but we didn't wait at all. we ordered the special sirloin and had the mediterranean hummus as a starter, and all I can say is "WOW"! Great food, good atmosphere, great service! I don't think the meal could have been improved... More

They are famous for their corn grits recipe, but don't forget the ribs - fantastic! Take corn grits home for breakfast.

Wow...that's all I can say. Comes with an amazing horseradish dipping sauce - spicy but not too strong. The veggie sides are fresh and cooked to perfection - I tried the Thai snap peas and broccoli. I'll definitely be back!

Tuesdays the lunch special is veal. Tender juicy and tasty served timely to keep business lunch patrons on schedule. Reasonably priced. Put Zea's on your to do list. You will be glad you did.
