Good but expensive

The food was very good but, they charge 3 dollars just for a drink. 150 for a cup of water, service is a little slow. Overall good experience but probably won't be back.

They have a great breakfast menu, and a good breakfast buffet. I recommend ordering of the breakfast menu or go straight to the 'rich & gooey' i.e. HotFudgeCake

The restaurant is too dated, looks dirty. I had the new Cobb Salad and it was good, very big but the bacon wasn't edible. Staff was friendly. Our Big Boy was not good, it cost $3.60 and we should have been charged half that. Meat was very small and had obviously been sitting, literally cold and very little sauce.

Always a good stop, not any more the food was cold hard and greasy just plain nasty, even the creamer for the coffee was bad. Yuck and yuck not going there again .

Only popped in for a late evening dessert. We had cherry and apple pie al a mode and it was excellent, as was the service. Thumbs up for them.

They are pretty consistently like most other Big Boys. There biscuits and gravy are sure good. Their vegetable soup is also very good.

The Somerset Bigboy is like going back into the past when burgers and fries were the meal of choice. The salad bar is very inviting and comfort food entrees are very good. Prices are reasonable and service is good.

The BBQ pork and cole slaw sandwich is a great choice. The hook and ladder can go either way. They have one of the most technology enhanced coke machines on the planet, unlimited refills.

Its OK if your in the mode for a big boy burger. The staff that waited on us was friendly. We did see a few of the other staff have a heated disagreement in front of us and other guest.
