Go for the homemade scones

Finding a local place open for morning coffee in Shelbyville was a bit of a challenge, but we got lucky with Sixth & Main. Coffee was ok, but oh those blueberry scones were exceptional. Usually find scones dry in search of clotted cream. Lacking that, I selected a scone with a lemon icing. Though... read more

I was in Shelbyville shopping with my daughters from Fisherville, Ky. and Jerome, Missouri. Tired, after hours of shopping, we stopped in at the 6th and Main Coffeehouse for a well-deserved break. The coffee smelled delicious and tasted just as good. We ordered pastries which were quite fresh and delicious. We will return on our next shopping trip.

It's the coffee shop to stop at! Great Mocha latte, quick, friendly staff, worth a visit! Right downtown, always a good place to stop while you are shopping.

The coffee here is very good and I don't recall ever getting my drink so quickly anywhere else. I almost wanted the drink prep to take longer, so I'd have time to look at their selection of books and novelty mugs. Thanks for making this traveler feel at home!

Gotta stop here. It's the only coffee shop in Shelbyville, KY and it's 20 miles away from the hustle and bustle of Louisville. Friendly staff and cozy
