I'll check out another

The food was good but nothing special. However, the bathroom was filthy. It was obvious it hadn't been swept or mopped in awhile. The towel dispenser was broken but still functioning and the air freshener dispenser was broken. The cover was off of it.

Very good breakfast. I couldn't tell you about the other food, but the omelet and hash browns I had were delicious. The coffee was pretty good too and my waitress kept my cup full. The inside of the building is decorated in typical diner/cafe decor, but is somewhat dated. The staff was really friendly and service was great. The restroom... More

It was near our motel so we decided to try it for a late dinner. I ordered chicken fried steak with broccoli au gratin. My wife had a pork chop. The chicken fried steak was typical of a small diner, it was straight out of a freezer pack with packaged gravy. The au gratin was overcooked and past it’s prime.... More

I used to eat here when I lived here nearly 20 years ago, and have to say that not much has changed. Food is typical diner fare, so don't go in with high expectations. I don't think they're remodeled it since I was here last either, but I appreciate their quirky décor. While the food was good, cleanliness could use... More

Previously reviewed for their dinner, but we were advised to return for their breakfast. Glad we did. Where dinner was not great, dark, hokey, and just plain weird, breakfast is the opposite. Good food, big portions, good service. They open up the blinds and let light in which makes it seem less like a jazz nightclub and more like the... More

Jerry's J-Boy is always a good place to gather and eat a delicious meal! The place has a great atmosphere and good music playing. The staff is always friendly and aiming to please! One of my favorite places to come when I visit in town.

Been going here every few months or so ever since 2007 when I'd come up from Rhode Island to visit my fiancé here in Kentucky. It's a somewhat run down building, and the bathroom does have a strong urine smell now and then as you walk in...the service is usually really really good though as well as the food! They... More

Very friendly service. Building is a bit worn as is the inside. Breakfast meals are great. Burgers and other sandwiches are very good. Liver and onions is excellent. Steaks are fair (it's NOT a steak house).

Visited Jerry's with my in-laws over the holidays and was not impressed. The best part of the meal was the mozzarella sticks as appetizers. If you want true marinara sauce, you are out of luck. The sauce was similar to Bolognese sauce, not marinara. I ordered a Chicken Ranch Melt with bacon. First off their "Texas toast" is regular bread.... More

It was ok food. They have steak and fish, service was nice, food was ok, atmosphere was ok...It just really reminds me of the kind of place all the retired people gather for dinner. Nothing really wrong with the place, just didn't like it too much overall. We would eat there again, it just wouldn't be our first choice. They... More
