Best spot in Paducah for lunch. Enjoyed generous portions of half sandwich with salad both days I dined there. Service was quick and food delicious.

We tried Kirchhoff's for the first time earlier this year, and we were hooked! This time around, I got the Tuscan Grilled Chicken (chicken breast with fire roasted red peppers, vine-ripe tomato, provolone cheese and artichoke spread on our garlic roasted focaccia). My hubby got the Big Lou's Roast Beef & Havarti (roast beef w/ grilled onion and horseradish and... More

We are traveling from St. Louis to Georgia. We needed a place to have lunch. Rather than eating at a chain restaurant, my wife selected this establishment based on its trip advisers rating. Portions are very generous! We decided to share a recommended sandwich by the cashier-chipotle club chicken sandwich. It was outstanding! I also had soup of the day... More

My wife had bought some bagels at a little place in Murray, KY and the package said they were from Kirchhoff Bakery in Paducah. We mentioned to a friend how good they were they told us about the deli. So 2 days later I try it out. First the Deli and Bakery are right in the heart of downtown Paducah.... More

We had heard very good things about this Delhi, so we thought we would try it. There was a fairly long wait to place our order, but that is not always a bad thing. The bad thing was that we had to stand next to the personnel that called out the order numbers in an extremely loud voice. It was... More

This bakery has the most delicious bread to buy and take home. They also sell really good sandwiches, but be warned they are large and full, good value for money. Lovely setting in downtown old town Paducah.

I have eaten here before when in town but this time was more annoying than pleasant. Restaurant has always been noisy but this visit was marred by an employee who yelled out at the top of his very capable lungs the number of the tickets when order was ready. So unpleasant we took our food to the room with coffees.... More

I love their Cranberry Walnut Bread. What a sweet bread should taste like!! This family owned bakery is the oldest in Paducah. Patrons line up around 6am to select their pastries and breads. many restaurants in town use their breads in their basket samples on the table. The calories abound as do the tastes of delight.

Yes you wait in line to order. Yes you wait to pick up your order. And YES, it's well worth it. My husband went somewhat reluctantly but quickly became a fan. Sandwiches of all kinds, salads, and soups. If it's a nice day, go out the back door and around to your left. There's a garden with tables and chairs.... More

We got two sandwiches just before they closed for the day and they were AMAZING! Shrimp Po' Boy and a Reuben and both were terrific. Definitely worth the stop.
