Ate here for a late lunch on Monday afternoon. Chips and salsa came immediately as is common in all American-Mexican restaurants. Ordered the Chicken Colorado spicy dish. It was excellent. If you like a little spicey kick but not Jalapeno hot, then you will love this dish. Chicken was very tender and would have been tasty even without the spicy... More

The food tasted good but I prefer Mi Monterrey. It was about average as far as Mexican food goes. About the same menu as all others. It did take awhile to get our food and we had a waiter who didn't really understand what we were wanting so we had to send our food back to be remade.

Needed a quick lunch during a break from a program at MSU. Was very impressed with the food. It was really good, and a large variety on the menu. The portions were large, even on the lunch menu. Best Salsa I have had in a long time. It was a little spicy but that is what I expect from Mexican... More

I have been here many times. The service isn't too bad. I usually go with my husband and we always sit where we want, which is usually a booth by the bar. The food is fantastic and the lunch menu is fairly priced. It is cheaper than Don Senior's (the other mexican restaurant in town). You get complementary nachos and... More

I get lunch here quite often to take back for our office staff. The food is traditional Mexican and they have very good rice. Prices are reasonable and food quality is good.

Surprised to find such a nice Mexican restaurant here in rural Kentucky. It turned out to be a locals favorite with Morehead police and students from the college as well as families dining here. They have a huge menu and serve generous portions. We had the salmon with vegetables, a new item on their menu.

Did not have a good experience with bbq place I ate at night before. Don't like fast food chain restaurants so ended up going to La Finca. It's your typical, American-Mexican restaurant, however, given the limited options you have in the Morehead area - I was pleasantly surprised. Very reasonable considering price-quality ratio and service was great. Will most likely... More

The 'chefs' really know their stuff. The bread is delicious and the 'sweets' definitely do not have your ordinary 'store-bought' taste. Very delicious. The interior is very nice looking also-a great place to lean back in a leather sofa, read a book, get some coffee and eat something great.
