What a great quiet place. Food was so good. I had the chicken Alfredo my wife had the spaghetti and meatballs. Absolutely fanatic.

My husband takes me here to spoil me. It's a cozy atmosphere with great service. They have Spaghetti and Meatballs that taste like my mother-in-law used to make. Delicious! Prices are reasonable. Don't forget to get a cannoli for dessert. They have the best I have ever tasted. The waitress told us they use a special ricotta for it and... More

This is a restaurant beside a Wal-Mart so don't let that fool you. An Italian and Mexican couple own it I believe and they do some Italian/Latino fusion dishes. I had the Tuscany Burrito....yum!

While they were very busy, service and meal was very good. The prices are great. Eggplant parmesan with salad $7.99 and $1 drafts! The bread was good. Husbands veal was very good. My only concern was they charged $6 for anchovies for 2 salads. But besides that it was great!

We've do a weekly date night and have made this a regular in our rotation. The food quality and atmosphere are exceptional for this area. It is located in a shopping center near a Walmart and doesn't look like much but the food has never failed to deliver. The Italian breadsticks are not like any other I've had. Better than... More

We have always had good service here and the food has always been good. This place is never too crowded so I hope it stays around!

Good Italian food for a very decent price. I have to agree with the comment about the breadsticks, they just need to include a little more sauce for them. My BF and I have been here twice and my food was much better than his on both times. However on this most recent visit, I had to send my dish... More

This restaurant has the best breadsticks, free of charge when you sit down to order. There are a ton of choices on the menu for pasta or other items, it's actually hard to decide. I would recommend the Carbonara or Alfredo, to die for! The staff is always attentive, we have dined there several times and have never had a... More

After reading all the Trip Advisor reviews we decided on Tuscany Italian Restaurant for our Friday evening meal. We arrived around 6:45 or so to a pretty good crowd but we were still seated immediately. The menu is fairly extensive so it took several minutes to decide on a Garden Salad and a Cesar Salad, Baked Lasagna, and Saltinboca with... More

A nice restaurant in a strip center off of Outer Loop. We have been patronizing Tuscany since they opened. We are never disappointed. The food has always been excellent and the waiters are informative and attentive. They have added music on certain nights and he is very talented. This is a nice addition to the South End of Louisville. Keep... More
