They have an excellent lunch buffet, one of the better ones I have seen. Priced fairly. Great welcoming atmosphere. They have this Hot Brown sandwich which we read about prior to our visit. We saw it on one of the cooking shows on TV. A lot of calories but worth trying.

We visited J. Graham's for a great Mothers Day brunch. The Ceasar Salad was excellent. There were the standard brunch items, bacon, sausage, and waffles. One of my favorite items was the scalloped potatoes made with blue cheese. As usual the desserts were top notch. The only average item was the mini cannolli. The filing was great, but the shell... The "Hot Brown" is the best here. We had a "Hot Brown" elsewhere and by far there is no comparison. The menu prices are a bit expensive, so I suggest you ask for the smaller portion of the "Hot Brown", its half the price and is plenty to eat for lunch. Also make sure you order "Derby Pie" it is... The food is good. Buffets are not well stocked, nor are there a lot of options, but the space is clean. Service is slow.

I enjoyed the Hot Brown here and having had it three times at other locations I must say that there is no comparison to the quality that the Brown has over the others... Very good! Servise was excellent and quality was exceptional.

My recommendation for the best lunch in Louisville is J. Grahams Cafe for their beautiful and oh-so-delicious buffet. The restaurant is in the historic Brown Hotel and is, in fact, reputed to be the place where the famous "Hot Brown" sandwich was concocted. This is a delicious hot sandwich with turkey, tomato, bacon, cheese and a creamy sauce on toast... More

I love Hot Browns--open-faced turkey sandwiches covered with cheesy mornay sauce, crisp bacon, and tomatoes. This delightful dish originated at the Brown Hotel in Louisville, and J. Graham's is part of the hotel complex. My husband and I really enjoyed having the perfect Hot Brown in a pleasant, well lit, and comfortable environment, with very good service. In the past,... The buffet at J Graham's was amazing. Beef tenderloin was one of the entrees. They have a pastry chef that makes multple desserts for this buffet. It's not your average buffet!

OK, maybe I have never really had a bad Hot Brown, but I can honestly say that as far as I am concerned, I haven't. I was very excited to go to the birthplace of the Hot Brown as I am kind of a foodie. I was not disappointed. It was the best I have ever had. Every thing was... More

I loved the Derby pie and my cup of coffee. Perfect end to a perfect one day business trip!
