Celebrating an anniversary on Sunday in Louisville, where not many restaurants are open for dinner. Corbett's did not disappoint in the setting - romantic old house, flawless service and attention. The food was average except for the sea bass entrée. Everything was presented beautifully. Mr. Ritchie gave us his special attention, even took us on a tour of the cellar... More

This restaurant is very special. The service is just outstanding...truly fine dining on all levels. No detail is missed. The food was artfully presented and delicious: filet, scallops, lamb, puff pastry horsdoevres with a local ham and cheese (! Especially good) and a dessert mousse, sorbet and honey/bourbon drizzle that just was out of this world. The building was originally... More

We went to Corbett's for an anniversary dinner with our daughter and son-in-law. The place is very nicely refurbished with good character and dining atmosphere. The food selections were adequate and from start to finish we enjoyed fantastic tasting foods pleasantly prepared and served. Our waiter (Kerry) was absolutely fabulous and took the time to explain every dish and choices... More

Each time we eat at Corbett's we reminded we should not limit our visits to special occasions. This week we ate not only at Corbett's but at two other well regarded similarly priced Louisville restaurants came anywhere close to the quality of our meal at Corbett's . Our party had four different dishes, each of which was outstanding. When one... More

Was entertaining a group of 12 and Corbett's was recommended by the customer. Glad I listened, as Troy the manager handled our reservation a week out and put us in the cellar with a nice set up. Daisy our head waitress and her team treated us like Kings. Great suggestions around a menu of excellent options. From the filet to... More

A beautiful day for sitting on the porch at Corbett's...sunshine, lovely landscaping, good friends. Unfortunately, the hot brown (ordered by two of us) was really not up to Corbett's reputation. The plate was hot, but the food was not. The cheese sauce was quite bland with lumps of flour still visible. So sorry this couldn't be a better review.

They surprised us with a free amuse bouche to start with, which was great. I cut my beef with a butter knife, because I could.

Great place, atmosphere, service super bar and wine list. Unfortunately the amuse bouche was the best part of the meal. Location smoked ham wrapped in melon and goat cheese with a double mustard sauce...awesome. The rest of the meal fell flat. Mixed green salad was pedestrian and the pork belly appetizer was over done and dry. Salmon entrée was OK,... More

I must say I wish this place was farther away then a few streets away. This is a frequent spot for the hubby and myself. With as teller wine list and a amazing patio we can not stay away! The food is a taste of Kentucky for sure. The Seabass is one of the best dishes I've had it is... More

My wife and I were accompanied by a dear friend for an exquisite lunch at Corbett's on April 3. We were impressed with the stylish, yet comfortable decor. Table settings are high quality, even during the lunch hour, and no detail is overlooked. White linens and silver plate flatware, along with fine crystal stemware, make for an elegant dining experience.... More
