I am fortunate enough to eat in many fine restaurants around the U.S. and you won't find a better steakhouse anywhere. The King New York strip practically melted in my mouth and the iceberg wedge salad was a masterpiece. The seafood here is also incredible. Service is outstanding as well. You will spend a lot of money, but it is... More

The food is divine but do not expect a traditional decor. The decor and action is more like a 3 ring circus. It is fun and lively. Their raw bar is worth every penny. High quality seafood like Louisville is right next to the ocean. Service was great. Cocktails are exceptional. Steaks very very good. Mac and cheese yummy. We... More

Love the ambiance and everything they serve. Have been a regular since I moved to louisville, and never had a questionable meal.

I love to go for a great steak. I love the lobster mashed potatoes. On Friday and Saturday night music is usually offered by the bar. The staff is friendly and very helpful.

Valet park for ease and comfort. My husband and I have eaten at Jeff Ruby's on numerous occasions. Without exception, we always receive superb service and food. They have an extensive wine list, the starters are all outstanding and they have a very nice seafood bar. I always order the greens with granny smith apples for a salad and it... More

Love the atmosphere, great no wait FANTASTIC STEAKS but be prepared to drop some serious coin here. We had four people in our party and our bill was over $400 with tip. Now granted drinks were flowing freely, but still. ouch!! The wait staff was incredible, the seating is ok but still felt a little tight. The steaks were by... More

Truly an outstanding dining experience. The service was top notch without being overbearing. The bone in filet may have been one of the best pieces of meat I've ever had. It was cooked to perfection with a light char without being overcooked. For sides the table ordered the mashed potatoes, brussel sprouts and mushrooms. Each were also outstanding. In true... More

I have been to quite a few restaurants in our fine city, there are many that are quite fabulous, but Jeff Ruby's takes the "cake". The wait staff was so attentive, Daniel was our waiter Saturday night, but there were many that jumped in to help all the time it seemed. Our water glasses were always full, nothing we needed...
