Anthony Lamas Is A Master and A Class Act

The food is the star at Seviche but Chef Lamas is a close second. Chef runs the front of the house like his own dining room at home. He knows his clients and he makes sure they are well taken care of and happy. On a recent visit I brought clients and I had bragged about Chef's Mocqueca to... read more

Food was average. Weak beer selection. Bartender makes a great Mojito with fresh mint and fresh lime and a stick of real sugar cane (not from some crappy mojito mix).

Had the pleasure of dining here a few nights ago and everything was top notch. Started with the guacamole (when they ask you how you want it, I highly reccomend adding everything as the chef suggests! As long as you are ok with a mild spicy kick it is the best guac you could ask for), followed by mushroom empanadas... More

When I go to Seviche I never leave feeling like I had a bad experience, but there is nothing about it that really draws me back there. The service is good, but can be on the slow side. The patio seating can be very nice on a pleasant day or evening. A bit overpriced. Portions are not huge, enough for... More

Fantastic menu, bar, and wait staff. You must try to sword fish, tuna ceviche, and the avocado ice cream!

We have been going to Seviche for years when we are in Louisville visiting (makes us wish we lived here!) We hadn't been to Louisville for a couple of years and made a beeline last weekend. Wow! The eclectic, fresh fish-based menu made it very difficult to choose even with four of us. Chef has an amazing ability to blend... More

This was a great find that gave us a dining experience that will be well remembered. If we lived in the area, we would frequent Seviche on a regular basis. Food freshness, prep, wine selection, service were all A+.

I wish I could say that this is a hidden gem, but it seems that everyone in Louisville knows about it. We were house hunting on a cold, dark February night and fell into this place with no expectations. They were wonderful from the beginning (starting with the valet parking!). "Sure we can charge your phone." (since we were out... More

It was a beautiful evening so we sat outside. They has run out of a couple of things on the menu, which is no bad sign in my book. Excellent waitress managed the situation well. Everything served was very good - nice padron chillies. They had draft wine by the glass, which I was deeply sceptical about - surprising good.... More

Everything was "5 Stars" until... The wine list is well done and most of all, inexpensive. Au Bon Climat pinot blanc/pinot gri was PERFECT for the food on the menu! The starts were absolutely phenomenal! Pork Belly and spicy greens we AWESOME! The ceviche was chilled, tasty and fresh. My wife had the skirt steak and it was on par... More
