Overall, the spaghetti factory has great value! Their preset pastas come with salad, bread and ice cream. It's location is easy and convenient as it is right downtown. Don't expect a 5 star meal, but some simple, delicious Italian.

The food is mediocre , it is really a place for families. Wine is really not much. Prices are fair for the quality of what they deliver and the market they are going after. My mistake, I shouldn't have stayed when I saw who was in the restaurant sitting at the tables.

Absolutely love everything about this restaurant! Food is fabulous, and so is the atmosphere. Visit there every time I go to Louisville.

I have dined at a couple of these chains but, the one in Louisville is different. It is the prettiest one I have been to and the quality of the food exceeds the others too! Don't know why but they need to keep on doing what they do.

We really enjoyed our meal here. Our waiter left us without drinks for a long time, and did not return with condiments we had asked for. The manager came to talk with us, and helped the situation. The experience was awkward and frustrating.

We are lunch here after touring the Louisville Slugger bat factory. We walked from there, about .5 miles, 15 minutes or so. There is a train car in the middle of the restaurant which our 2 year old loved! The ceilings are incredibly high with massive chandeliers, big wooden booths and a grand staircase. The lunch panini's were great, as... More

We had a late supper here and it did not disappoint. The meals chosen were lasagna, crab ravioli and veggie lasagna. All portions were large and served hot. Not too garlicky which is nice. I don't care to taste it for hours after I eat! The bread side was very good. After the meal a scoop of ice cream is... More
