We are huge fans of the Old Spaghetti Factory, and although they opened a freshly build OSF here in Cincinnati several years ago, I still miss our original, old-building version in Downtown Cincinnati. We have eaten at the Indianapolis version of the restaurant, and this would be our first time at the Louisville restaurant. I was mislead by Google maps... More

I loved this place!!! It is a beautiful restaurant, very Victorian/back in the day type of feel. Just pretty! The food was delicious. I had the spinach tortellini Alfredo, a salad with the creamy pesto dressing (that's like their house ranch version), and the ice cream they gave us afterwards. Very very good, all of it. My aunt had the... More

Just moved to the area and came to the Old Spaghetti Factory based on recommendations from friends. The restaurant had a fun atmosphere; it looked like it was built in an old theater and had fun chandeliers, old wooden sculptures, and even a trolley car built inside! Our service was excellent. The food was very well priced for the portions... More

I didn't even realize this was a chain restaurant. I thought the prices for a downtown place were excellent, and the food was even better. There were three of us, and we all had something different. All were outstanding. The portions were large. you couldn't possibly go away hungry. our service was good, and I absolutely loved the building itself.... More

I have to eat gluten free and I understand that pasta is one of the hardest to take descent but the food I had was terrible. I don't even want to give it a rating it was so bad. No flavor and the pasta tasted like mush. Even the sauce was not good. Very disappointing. Gluten free people beware. I... More

neat old building the decor was wonderful our server Sara was spot on! The ceasar salad dressing was very good, but no garlic croutons on a ceasar? little strange... The kids menu was great, our pasta was just right. The bottle of petite syrah paired perfectly for a nice relaxing lunch

My granddaughter and I had an enjoyable late lunch at The Old Spaghetti Factory. We asked to be seated in the trolley car, which is fun and cozy. The meals we ordered both came with a small salad and spumoni. The ranch-type salad dressing was DELICIOUS and paired quite well with the bread, as well as the salad. My granddaughter's... More

Staff in the bar area turned a 45 minute wait into a prompt seating. Our server was friendly professional and attentive. He made our time very enjoyable. The food was yummy. The restaurant itself was very unique and cool. I highly recommend going there.

My daughter and I stopped here for lunch. We were seated in an old trolley car! The entire restaurant is spectacular! Our food was excellent and our waitress was wonderful as well.
