I love this place.....the old pictures of horses and local celebs on the walls, the understated live music, the savory menu of local classics... Jack Fry's is the essential Louisville. Went to dinner with my in-laws and had a great time. The atmosphere is cozy and fun. The food is awesome and the prices great! Between the 4 of us we had the lamb chops, pork chops and the filet. Jack Fry's had been around Louisville for quite some time, and has always been rated tops in Louisville. Its fairly small and usually crowded, so make a reservation. The staff is always friendly and well trained. more

Nice restaurant for local community atmosphere and the menu offers some favorites with a twist. Challenge is parking and the menu does not change much.... more

I would have never considered fish sweet but the Chilean Sea Bass at Jack Fry’s is nothing shy of candy for the palate.
