Great place for date night

My wife and I have been here several times and it's never a disappointment. Our favorite is the bourbon bacon cheddar cheese and any of the chocolates. If you go for the full meal, it is a little pricey and expect to spend about 2 hours, so if your going to see a show, time management is key, as... read more

This chain is our regular anniversary go to location. We are very pleased and have never been disappointed with our visits. For us it is a fun, romantic evening. It is usually quiet enough we don't have to yell across the table to have a nice conversation. The food taste great.

After finding it ranked in the top 5 most romantic restaurants in Louisville and having heard of it many times, I chose it for our 24 Anniversary dinner. I reserved a private table (little booths for 2) ,with a single long stemmed rose waiting for her. This was a surprise for my wife and a new experience. She was unsure... More

Finally made it there- I'd skip the meal and just go for dessert. With four of us we had to compromise on the sauces you dip your food in. 1st the cheese dip- we had to get the mildest one- we had bread and veggies to dip- next the meat broth- you ordered your own meat selections - again the... A fun place for a special occasion. Tables are a little crowded for six people in a booth. Have good food - a totally different experience.

Tyler was phenomenal in the service provided.Never seen the manager, but the food and atmosphere were amazing. My ten year old son was fascinated with the whole process and he loved the food, and that is a major feat in itself. Definitely will be back.

I wanted to go to this place for a long time. Even though I'm not concerned about gluton I was happy to see they had a gluton free menu because that usually means they will be vegetarian friendly. We made our reservations in advance and showed up at the restaurant. There was no one there once we entered the doors.... More

I had never been to The Melting Pot before, so when my friend bought a Groupon for there I jumped at the chance to go. EVEN AFTER WE PAID $60 FOR THE GROUPON IT STILL COST ANOTHER $60 ONCE WE ORDERED!!. They charge WAY to much for the small portions you get and the fact your cooking your own food.... More

Several friends and I visit The Melting Pot 5-6 times per year. Service varies. We've had fantastic servers, and so-so, but never bad. They always have seasonal menus in addition to their standard menu, and I love that the servers consistently let you know which ones are fantastic and which ones aren't worth it. They work around preferences and allergies... More
