Great Fish

Many fresh catch choices served in a variety of ways. Three of us got Cod, all served differently - Shanghai, Hunan, and one with a lobster topping. All were delicious. My husband had a steak, believe it or not, but it was also of good quality and cooked as ordered. Starters we split across the... read more

Our table ordered two different appetizers and four different entrees. PEI mussels were served in a bland broth. Ceviche of shrimp and mango was tasteless, chips almost stale. I ordered scallops and salmon in a Hoisin sauce. The sauce was very heavy on cheap soy sauce, little if any ginger, and about two scallions. Sticky rice was actually ordinary white... More

We were a group of 7 and no one at the table had an issue with anything ordered. Great seafood, good presentation with good service. The place was crowded and noisy but we could chat with each other without yelling. Seems a little pricey but it is worth it. Don't go there expecting a nice quiet romantic dinner.

Took my team out for dinner here and the service/food was spot on. Ask to get a booth or a table in the back to avoid being over crowded. Solid food and its the best fish in inland that I've had. A must try spot for business travel

This place was nice but fish tasted like being a cheaper chains. Not returning to this place. Waiter was great!

A Friend of mine gave us a gift certificate for Mitchell's. We started with a 1/2 dozen oysters on the 1/2 shell and Calamari. Both were perfect. The oysters were large and full of liquer, wonderful. The bartender made me a special drink I requested called a Key Lime Martini WOW WOW!! It was wonderful. We both tried the New... More

It had been some time since our last visit to this particular Mitchell's, but I am happy to report that the meal and service deserve a next one much sooner. The food was high-quality, well-prepared, and nicely presented. My only quibble would be that to my eye the wine and beverage menu was a a bit over-priced, not an uncommon... More

My wife and I decided to visit Mitchell's for Thanksgiving. They had both their regular menu, but also a special Thanksgiving offering. We opted for the turkey dinner. It was very well prepared and moist and the stuffing and smashed potatoes were excellent. Our server provided extra gravy. The dessert choices were pumpkin pie, their shark fin pie, or creme... We made reservations and were promptly seated. Drinks were accurate to descriptions. Service was excellent and the floor manager comp'd our salads because they took a very long time. Again, service was excellent! Food was small in portions and a lot of it seemed pre-packaged. Sides seemed like an afterthought. Lobster pasta had approximately 1tbs of chopped lobster on it... This was the 2nd time I had eaten here and both times it was great. It can get pricey especially if you get appetizers, drinks and dessert but is well worth the money. They have a lot of seafood dishes to choose from.
