Food is good, staff is friendly, but overall seemed kinda shabby for the price. Bathrooms weren't clean, and the table was sticky when we were seated.

We grew up in Louisville, and always enjoyed waiting for a table, and ENJOYING every bite of our food at the Mellwood location. We then enjoyed many meals on Dutchman's lane, and even a few at this location when we would come to town. Last night we dinned there, it will be the last time. The service was horrible, although... I have been coming to this resultant for many years. However, my last few visits resulted in my family and I walking about, due to the terrible service and never receiving our food. After an hour we asked for the manager and there was no apology. There were many workers just standing around, just talking and goofing off. On a... More

Poor service, waiter couldnt stop to leave napkins and and it was late at night and empty. Food was average at best and salsa tasted out of a can. The margarita was wonderful however.

At some point, this may have been a great eatery but today you can tell it may be on its last leg. The Waiter outside chatting with customers/friends, your table is forgotten for 20 minutes with the place almost empty, table sticky, rib eye/prime rib tough as leather, and pan grilled veggies greaser than bad fries swimming in either butter... The upside of Tumbleweeds the Food is descent and very good value, some very good deals on drinks Monday through Thursday. The down side is service can be poor when the place is busy, service with a smile is not a common theme here. Hence the reason I personally do not use the place anymore. Politeness, friendliness and good manners... More

Tumbleweed Southwest Grill serves quality Mexican food at reasonable prices. It's not the best Mexican food I have ever had, but it is still better than some and left me satisfied. The only people I would advise to not go to this restaurant would be those who love spicy salsa. The spicy salsa is only slightly spicier than the mild... More

After a long day of driving, we stopped here, since it is across the street from the hotel, and the hotel recommended it. The food was absolutely sub-standard! One bite, and that was it, we could not swallow this strange combination of some type of yellow cheese sauce, onions, that did not taste like onions and strange mushrooms, which we... More

Ordered takeout at Tumbleweed. Service was very friendly, but slow. Overall the food was just average.

Burritos are better than most Mexican restaurants. Also very good pulled pork sandwich. The Monday 99 cent Margarita are hard to beat. The steak and ribs are OK and a good value.
