I would have to give coffee quality to Sunergos. But as for having a fun, warm environment coffee shop, Highland Coffee is the best. Some reasons I like this place so much... *It's awesome to come and relax, study, conversate. *They make the BEST Swiss Yerba Mate's. No one else can make them close. Honestly. *The atmosphere is nice year... More

Highland Coffee is one of the warmest coffee chop I have ever visited. Not weather warm, just family friendly warm. If there is a line the staff promptly moves to the line to take orders. The flavored coffee selection is always changing, which I prefer. I have tried many of the unusual flavors and like them all.

I love Highland Coffee. The baristas are helpful - just tell them what you are in the mood for and let them take it from there. You won't be disappointed, I never have been. I just wish this place was closer to me. Definitely one of the places I miss after moving out to the suburbs! Oh and they make... More

I am not a coffee drinker. I used to hang out here as a teenager because it's a calm relaxing place to be, especially on those warm summer nights. Nowadays, I pop in for a Caramel Apple Cider in the fall and winter or a hot chocolate throughout the year. The hot chocolate tastes like someone melted a Hersey's bar.... More

Highland has very good coffee and the best scones in the area. I particularly like the maple nut scones. I must have at least one per week:sometimes more.

Love this place. They have a dog friendly patio and the best blueberry iced tea you can imagine. Their homemade desserts are amazing too.

Although Heine Brothers gets all of the attention in Louisville, Highland Coffee is just as good. The shop has some comfortable couches that have provided me with a nice place to study on many occasions.

I've been drinking highland coffee for about 5 years now. They introduced me to grinding my own beans at home and I learned to appreciate their beans over most others. There is something I prefer to beans that look "wet" over dry beans. I'm not sure what that means...maybe it means they were more recently roasted...to me it tastes better.... More
