Whether you go to Happy Hour in the bar or dinner in the dining room, the food is great and the service is attentive and friendly. Never had a bad meal here and we go 2-3 a month. Also if you join their club, you will get coupons every so often

We recently visited this restaurant in Louisville, KY and walked away very disappointed. It took almost 2 1/2 hours for us to get our meal from the time it was ordered. People who arrived after us were seated and complete their meals before we were served. The food, when it came, was good but was overshadowed by the poor service.

This is our second time at this location. Last year, the entrees seemed over priced, but we gave it a second chance. The Chilean Sea Bass was higher than other seafood entrees by about $8. My wife and I both tried it. At best, it was served luke warm. Not sure it was thoroughly cooked. My wife's broccolini was cold... More

Valentines Day surf and turf...LOVED IT! My husband and I had a wonderful dining experience! Seated close to front door, so a bit chilly at times, but the food was EXCELLENT and cooked perfectly! We will return!

Bonefish wasn't on open table, so we reserved seating on the Bonefish web site. Not sure why so many people were willing to wait for a "meh" dining experience. Took quite a while to get water and drinks to us and when the red wine came, it was chilled and tasted watered down #dontgoforthecheapestcabwine. The bang bang shrimp app &... More

We eat often at our local Bonefish in Florida, and we were curious to see if the fish would be as good here. It was, and the restaurant was mobbed, just as it is every night at home. Excellent value for money here. Atmosphere is great as well. Good service and reasonable prices.

Went with gift certificate. The special Maryland soft shell crab was so average! What a disappointment. Spouse liked her shrimp/lobster dish. Overall a major flop. Will not return. Noise level was too high.

The wine list was pathetic, but they had an excellent New Zealand merlot. The "Pan Asian sauce" is as ordinary as anything you could whip up on an average day. However, the scallops were very good, as was the shrimp. The rice side was inedible, unless you like kindergarten paste. Coffee was delicious and the waitstaff was properly attentive, especially... This is the first Bonefish Grill I've been to, and my husband & I really enjoyed it. I agree the price is too high for what you get, but what you get is REALLY good. The service was great too, our server was really helpful and answered my questions about the menu and drinks. We had the calamari as an... More

We were staying in Louisville for spring break and had our Easter dinner at this location. The food was okay, nothing spectacular for the amount we paid. Our waitress was nice but clearly didn't know the menu or dishes. I doubt we'll go back.
