I usually don't rate chain restaurants because most folks know what they're getting into with them. Since my family has not been to Buca since our family of 4 was a family of 2, we decided to give it a try. Besides, the place we had originally intended (Burger and Mussel Bar) had a line OUT the door. So, Buca... More

We really enjoyed the hearty apportioned gorgonzola salad along with bread. The waiter was well informed and friendly. For dessert the Italian creme cake with a raspberry topping proved heavenly.

The portions are Huge and amazing. Ask the food was great, everything from the bread, the salad, the entrees, and desserts. But plan to stay a while. It's not so much the service but it takes a while to make all these big portions. It's a little pricey but honestly for That much food it's worth it. Just split plates... More

This restaurant serves everything family style either Buca small (serves 2 or more) or Buca large (serves 4 or more). Everything from appetizers, salads, pizzas, and pastas. Single portions for lunch. Bread and oil is served prior to your meal. The spicy chicken rigatoni (small $20.99) is ample to take home for another meal. Their lasagna, chicken limone, and salmon... I love Italian, so does my husband, so we had high hopes after a recommendation to Buca di Beppo. The restaurant is easy to get to just off Hurstbourne and has enough parking to handle a fairly heavy night's traffic. The interior is whimsical with strings of lights, statues, and some great pictures. You are led on a bit of... More

Have been to Buca several times since they opened. While a bit pricey, the food was always delicious. I was very disappointed this week when I went with my family. The pasta was undercooked and the dishes were tasteless and very dry.

We went here on recommendation from the hotel we were staying at and it was an excellent choice. The place is awesome and the food was authentic. The chicken parm was perfect. We loved the family style serving.

My husband and I chose Buca di Beppo in Louisville for our 4th anniversary dinner because we had enjoyed ones in other cities. Our waiter was nice, but a bit more laid back than we expected. He was helpful with choosing our dessert. We got the Double Dark Chocolate Cake to go, and it was delicious, even after a day... More

The atmosphere was fun and interesting for sure. Loved that part. The waitress was new (her first day) so she didnt get a few things right. The garlic bread we started with was 'so so'. Not that garlicky! :( The spaghetti and meatballs were ok. NOt great although they give you a lot of food. The chicken parmesan had a... More

You always get a lot of food in this family style restaurant. We had a group of 50, and they took care of us with quick service and good food. My favorite Italian restaurant!
