We visited for lunch and had a filet mignon with our grandson. It was great as always. The place has been here forever and is a little dated. I absolutely love their steaks. By the way, our grandson is 13 and it was his first filet, so he is hooked now. He said that's the best steak he has ever...

Attended a Christmas party here in 2011. Food was good, service was good, just the building and decor was outdated.
Had a very average meal here that was made worse by inatentive and poorly organized service. The fried chicken is great, but most else we had was disappointing. Too expensive for the quality and experience.

I have never wrote a complaint before, I,m very easy to please, but my dinning experience was runied by the quilty of food. I ordered the filet...

My husband's cole slaw was tasteless and complaints to the waitress just got us another...

I came into town to go out to dinner with my 82 year old grandfather. He recommended John E's. I have never written a negative review for ANYTHING in my life, but this experience called for it. I feel like I would be doing a dis-service to future patrons:
We went to dinner at 5:00 pm (hence being with an...
