Ramsi's has one of the most interesting menus I've ever seen! On our last visit my friend ordered the Salmon Sonesta and it was absolutely delicious. The dish consisted of blackened Atlantic salmon in a sun-dried tomato cream sauce. It was served over mashed potatoes and had stir-fried vegetables on the side. I wasn't a fan of the veggies, but... Tons of options. Dishes from around the globe. Laid back vibe. Perfect for meat- eaters and vegans alike. One of a kind dining experience on bardstown rd.. feels like the cross between a museum and a caravan. Ps Ramsi is a real person and started an organic farm.. pretty cool.

I've been going to this restaurant for years thanks to the consistently awesome food and good drink selection. I love the decor as well as the large outside dining area. Easy location with parking in nearby bank if it's after hours. My only complaint is that service the past few times has been really bad. Twice in the past three... More

hummus is fantastic, and the crab cakes rival what you can get in Maryland. Outside seating is preferable as the inside can get a bit noisy. They also have an impressive beer list with beers from around the world. excellent independent bookstore is right next door too.

Ramsi's is already a Louisville favorite, but their brunch is excellent. There is a nice variety that would make just about everyone happy, even vegans. The Jamaican chicken was delicious as were the curried vegetables and rice. There were all of your usual breakfast staples including vegetarian gravy. The best part was the dessert table. There were red velvet cupcakes,... More

We went for dinner because the reviews were so good. I will say, I was not disappointed! This restaurant is in a cozy little neighborhood with other eclectic businesses. It has plenty of seating and the service was good. We both had dishes that were recommended by our server and they were excellent. The prices, food and service are good... More

We stopped in for an early dinner, and were seated on their beautiful patio. As busy as Bardstown Rd. is you really don't notice it because the atmosphere and food are so spectacular. They have so much to choose from, you should not be in a rush, because it will take you a while just to get through the menu.... More

I have visited Ramsis on numerous occasions and to date never had a bad experience. This time around we found the menu has gotten even smaller than the last trip but don't fret still plenty of offerings. This is not for the faint of heart when it comes to flavor, every dish has robust, vibrant flavors and they never disappoint.... More

Our waitress name was Lauren, she took care of us very well. This is very nice and fun place to eat at. Must try the Egyptian kitchen!
