I enjoyed the atmosphere for a group of persons. It was cozy and able to hear what others were saying. The food was wonderful and some items were a little different which makes it intriguing to dine.

I was here on my quest for 6 bourbons at 6 locations to earn a Urban Bourbon Trail award. Old fashioned bar and decor - really cool. It was early afternoon and there were only 3 other people there - a middle aged couple who appeared to be tourists - they appeared to enjoy their food - and a rumpled... More

We ate outside in October so a bit cool. But the courtyard was beautiful. The food was beautifully presented and very tasty. Bathrooms are a long way out of the way - that can be important!

Carefully crafted cocktails and a great laid-back atmosphere. They have a huge selection of whiskey.

This is the only bar I've been able to find Pappy's in. This small batch bourbon is a local brew from Kentucky and maybe the world's most expensive bourbon. The collection of bourbon's here is ridiculously large. I think it would be a challenge to name a bourbon that they don't carry.

We stopped by here after visiting some sights nearby to have a drink. We started with an old fashioned and they have a specially made round ice cube so that it melts slower and adds a sophisticated touch. The orange peel is not prepared beforehand so everything is hand crafted in front of you. We also had some deviled eggs,... More

It looks like a Chicago or NY Steakhouse. The food is delicious but pricey for dinner. I'd go for lunch unless someone else is buying! Wine list is decent but for a steakhouse could use more selection.

St. Charles has some of the best bartenders in Louisville and a phenomenal bourbon selection. The bar is elegant and reminded me of what a 1920's bar would be like. Food was very good as well. I will come back here again.

This is what white table dining is about - great food, great drink, and top notch service. Courses are well paced and the meal is not hurried. Recommendations for food and wine pairings are on the spot. The ambiance of a historic building is accentuated and complimented by the decor and staff. Very enjoyable experience.

We wandered in as a part of our 'Urban Boubon' tour and were charmed by the décor and friendliness of the staff. Lots of different bourbons, fairly priced, and attentive service. Next time we visit Louisville, we plan to come back and try the food!
