My daughter and I had lunch at Nam Nam on 6/25/2014. I ordered the summer rolls and a small salad with tofu. She had the Banh Mi, a Vietnamese sandwich. The summer rolls were the best I have ever had--big "real" shrimp inside with all-fresh ingredients and delicious sauce. The salad had super-fresh mixed greens of baby lettuces, and the... More

Great food friendly staff. Dine in facility is a little small, but food is fab. I usually get the noodle soup. Lots of veggies and mushrooms and servings are huge. My wife loves their curry. The staff is always friendly, run by a family so they do every thing very personally. We highly recommend Nam Nam.

Have had meals in both HCMC and Ha Noi, and we have Pho Grand in St. Louis which is as good as it gets in the US. Nam Nam was good but not great. Pho broth too sweet and light. The appetizers are good we had the two rolls. Those impressed but the peanut sauce is not homemade. Vietnamese crepes... More

From the outside, you would not imagine the flavors inside. This place in the heart of St. Matthews has one small main room, a second room that is more like a porch, and outdoor seating in proper weather. Small place but big tastiness! I was hungry for Pho, the Vietnamese beef noodle soup. The one I ordered came with nice... More

We stopped here on the way through town as a family. A small, family-owned place. Nothing fancy. We ordered various soups. Not the best pho I've had, but also far from the worst. Good prices and selection and excellent service. Would definitely recommend.

This is a nice little restaurant. the spring rolls, egg rolls are great. I went there for the pho and was not please. The soup was bland and didn't have a lot of taste. I've had a lot better. Most of the places I've been, for $10, the bowl is huge with lots of flavor. And what is up with... More

There's nothing wrong with this place, it's just that it's not that great. Maybe I'm spoiled by the great Vietnamese food in Houston, but I just wasn't impressed. It's hot in the building, the service is crummy and the Pho is just okay. I love Louisville and this may indeed be the best Pho in Louisville, but I'm not impressed.

This family-owned neighborhood cafe is a standout in Louisville. Service is friendly, ingredients are super fresh, and portions are good. The Bahn Mi is the best I've had....the crispy, but light baguette(they come from another city I am told) makes this sandwich tops. Every bite gives a full measure of all the flavors within. Tofu with extra Cilantro is my... More

The restaurant is in our neighborhood and we've eaten there about a dozen times or gotten carry out. While the menu is limited, we like many things: the rice platter, the tacos, the chopped chicken salad (it's my favorite summer salad), the summer and egg rolls, the crepe (for two given its size), the shaking beef. The ambience is limited,... More

This small restaurant does everything well. Service may be a tad slow, but they do their best with one cook and one server. The owners source a lot of ingredients from Vietnam and the Bahn mi sandwich belted is shipped in. The sandwich is amazing! The Saigon noodle dish is a favorite with just the right spiciness. The summer roll... More
