Excellent!!!

I had the Macho Burrito with pork and Hatch green chili sauce! It was very good. Also, had the Tres Leches for dessert. Wow... Just Wow! Had the Sangria to drink, also very good. Service was excellent and prompt. Had to wait about 30 min for a table, but we'll worth it.

Several of us went for an early dinner. It was still happy hour. Great chips! The waitresses were in full bar mode, not dinner mode. They really wanted us to load up at the free nacho station. Our waitress mixed up our order, but straightened it out. Then she emphatically stated that she had ordered what we told her. Finally... More

Have visited this location many times. The servers are always very friendly, attentive but also not bothersome. They have a great nacho bar available in bar every day Monday thru Friday after 4:00 P.M. I have tried many different items off the menu and everything is very good and all ingredients are always fresh.

Took some friends here for their first time but, it won't be the last. Good service, good food. This Chuy's was very large and so we didn't wait for a table at all...and it was even a Friday night. Very please.

We have eaten here several times, and even though it is a chain, we have always experienced good food and good service. The atmosphere is fun and I would definitely recommend this place for a large group or birthday party etc. Our favorite is the jalapeño cream sauce....it's awesome!

was in town on business staying at a nearby hotel and decided to try some mexican nearby, was very impressed. Loved the chips and salsa, and the chicka chicka boom boom enchiladas. would eat tehre again in a heartbeat, wish we had something like this in Columbus, Ohio.

I often stop at Chuy's for a takeout order of chips and salsa. It's fairly priced and delicious! As for their entrees... I've had much better. I've tried several different things there but found nothing impressive (other than the salsa).

We,re from the Austin area and while in Louisville we needed our Tex-Mex fix... What better place than Chuys... An Austin original. It was just like home! Same sauces same chips and same margaritas. This location had great service with no real wait. If you like fresh reliable Tex-Mex... Chuys is for you.

My husband and I ate at Chuy's on a recent anniversary trip to Louisville. I had eaten at the Chuy's in Cincinnati a couple of times, so was familiar with their food. This was my husband's first visit. I had a margarita on the rocks, which was very good, although the amount in the glass was a little deceptive because... More

This is our favorite place for fajitas! Their marinade for the meat is phenomenal, and their chips and creamy jalapeño dip is irresistible.
