On the way to LEX airport, we stopped for "brunch". We were able to play corn hole game beforehand. I went for breakfast - pictured is what my brother had - he took more options with eggs, bacon, hashbrowns, and toast. My husband enjoyed the hot brown heaven and felt full all day! My sister in law enjoyed the vegetable... More

Well, that is what the locals say. Me, not so much. Heart attack on a plate is more like it. Not wanting to disappoint our hosts, I ordered it. It is an open face turkey, ham and tomato sandwich swimming in gooey cheesy liquid. I ate half, scraping off a lot of the cheesy gravy. Interesting. My husband had the... More

This is a very good place to grab a bite to eat if you want something out of what we think is ordinary. Never having heard of Hot Brown............ my husband after hearing what it was tried it. He absolutely love it. I had a chicken sandwich, that I am not sure what all was on it but was wonderful.... More

My friend from Lexington took me here because it is where the locals eat. Amazing! Service was excellent and the BLT salad would have fed 4 people. Can't wait to go back.

Ramsey's offer a good selection of comfort/home cooked meals. They make the best Hot Brown I've had in a long time. They have a good selection of meats and a lot of veggies to choose from, including a big breakfast and great deserts. One of my families favorite places to eat in Lexington. Starting in the spring they have what... More

Stopped by here for supper while traveling with my husband. A very good choice after a day of sight seeing. We had pork chops, broiled and deep fried, stewed tomatoes were wonderful as was all the other sides. Did not care for kale, otherwise everything was great. Service was also very good, servers are friendly and very quick to refill... More

I love this restaurant! When I'm in Lexington, I choose Ramsey's most of the time. I usually visit the one on Woodland Ave or the one in Andover, but there are two others. Ramsey's offers consistent good food at a reasonable price. I especially like the catfish and the pork sirloin as well as the awesome selection of fresh vegetables.... More

Ate here twice last weekend... The portions are large, and the prices are not too high...that's the good. On the not so good...I though the bean soup and the meats were too salty. There are LOTS of high calorie options on their menu....fried and creamed galore and then there is the hot brown. Now, they do have other veggies...string beans,... More

Great fresh home cooking food. I love the fresh vegatables and the hot brown! Always a hard decision to decide what to pick from the menu.

It was so good we returned before the week was over. We both ordered the blackened catfish and loved it and got it again on our second visit. Our sides were all very good, baked potato, corn on cob, green beans, mashed potatoes, and sautéed spinach. We had pie too which we took home because we were full but had... More
