Good, as usual

I'm beginning from to have a problem saying something different about chain restaurants, one Red Lobster is much like another However, here goes. I started with a Beringer Cabernet which is a favorite with me, continued with Blackened Cod and finished up with carrot cake. Most satisfying. One... read more

I rolled in to this restaurant last Friday evening with my mother and 2 children. We drove 2 hours to watch an event in Lexington that night and we were actually looking forward to a seafood dinner prior to it. We got there at 4:30. We planned this on purpose so that we could beat the Friday evening dinner rush.... More

My daughter and I went with my 2 young granddaughters to eat dinner before the Friday evening rush. We arrived at 4:30-4:35 was seated immediately. We sat there until 4:50 while other waiters and waitress walked by us. No one came to get our drinks no one acknowledged we was there. 2 employees was behind me with note pads made... More

One quibble - the biscuits didn't seem up to their usual quality. An... More

Don't waste your money here. I just paid $28.99 for a meal that had smaller portions than the kids meal. Everything on the plate has shrunk from the lobster tail to five pieces of shrimp. It was pretty sad to see my daughters kids meal plate had bigger portions then mine. Don't even think about buying the lunch. It's even... More

Stopped off on our way through Lexington, were looking for some seafood. Arrived about 6:30PM. Front desk informed us there was about a 20 minute wait for a table. Looked over my right shoulder and saw the entire line of booths along the front wall were empty. Decided to go wait in the bar. Bartender suggested that we could eat... More

On the way home from Kenneland and my Husband says "Hey let's give Red Lobster a try and get some King Crab". Okay, I'm all in. Sat at the bar where 1 server and 1 trainee are there to wait on us. First asked what the difference was between the cracked crab and the King crab. The server was not... More

We were in the area and seafood sounded good to our friends and us. We were surprised that the service was speedy in that we were there right before rush hour and servers were coming in while we were waiting for a table. My wife could not eat all her shrimp because of the grease. I had the flounder and... More

If you think this is what Seafood is supposed to taste like, you have never eaten well prepared Seafood. Should you want to eat a bunch frozen seafood that is deep fat fried and pay a premium price, this is your place, but you could get the same quality for a quarter of the price at Captain D's less the... I've been to Red Lobster many times and had lobster only once-- for me lobster is overrated. In New York, lobster was considered trash food in the 1700's, but I degrees. I've never had a bad meal here. Pleasant atmosphere, moderately quick service and knowledgeable servers.
